I mean, if you're playing Role Queue you can only have one shield tank anyways, and this guy's shield is way less of a threat than Sigma and Rein's. And if you're playing Open Queue... why are you playing Open Queue?
Just a quick tip that that majority of your viewers would really appreciate: Uploading content in 60 frames per second, especially with a fast paced game such as Overwatch can really help to hold their attention and avoid motion sickness. That clip at 1:06 is so hard to watch at such a low frame rate.

WOW I got tilted watching that over time. they really need to make it clear what the range is and when the timer is going down. "C-9" happens WAY too often. its no longer a player mistake, its obviously an information problem.
or change the mechanic, have it tic down slowly regardless of the number of people on it. but more people slow it more. 1=50% slow, 2-65%, 3-80%, 4-95%, 5-stopped. This way everyone is aware at all times that its coming to an end. Maybe there are less games with that overtime (run all the way, steal the game) moment but maybe thats better
Are the shockwaves from his punches treated as projectiles (as far as having a travel speed is concerned so do you need to lead your punches) or is thier effective range so short that it makes any travel speed they have a non-issue? Is there a setting to change his block from a toggle to holding a key? If so, can you cycle his punches with the block in a rhythm similar to Bap's shoot, heal, shoot, heal (minimizing the damage taken while not hugely affecting your own dps)? More range and the ability to brawl close up. He has the flexibility to fight both long-range and close-range tanks. Seems like he is going to be a low-floor high ceiling hero like Kiriko.
After a lot of patches to him he’s kinda like a mini gun hero? So if the enemy team is significantly squishy he’s pretty good for that especially with his ult.

Very happy that he doesn't seem very OP. I plan to main him and Orisa when I tank, so I'd like him to be a solid tank, but not meta-destroying.

I am honestly not convinced on why you would pick this guy over sigma. He kinda seems like a less consistent version of him

Sigma is a lot harder to use effectively at lower ranks because his utility isn’t very straightforward at all.
After a lot of patches to him he’s kinda like a mini gun hero? So if the enemy team is significantly squishy he’s pretty good for that especially with his ult.
