Before placing packages in an autoclave is it ok to use one pouch for a couple small tools? As long as they fit in it with some room left?
yes. we make laceration packs that have a few instruments plus gauze in them.
This method is not an approved method for testing the seals on pouches.
if the Seal is A LITTLE off is that ok?
