Hi david, you have done really well. Pls refer to Question#5; prioritization already being done by the product owner, then option C can't be taken as the best answer. I think in this scenario, only option A seems to be the best answer. Could you please explain?
Hi, I am wondering if you may provide further clarification on Question 2. I am curious as to rather "waterfall or predictive" is being used a synonymy for one another, or a comparison. If they are compared, how will they differ? Is it possible aspects of am Agile project be be considered predictive?
Hi David, isn't answer to q.4 contradictory to what we say in q.5? In order to prioritize the backlog the team needs to support the product owner in grooming the stories providing estimations for effort needed for completion. Isn't this needed first before the PO can prioritize the product backlog? So wouldn't answer 'A' be a better option in q.4? Thanks!
Good thinking, good thoughts. For Q4 here, C mentions prioritising by business value also, so with that plus the added bits it is a bit more complete as an answer. In general, the process is: The Product Owner prioritises the features to be delivered, the team helps to break them down into user stories and estimate sizing.
@@davidmclachlanproject Thank you for the prompt answer David. Yes, the more I read this the more I agree. Other backlog items could also be important but not the most valuable at a given moment. So that would also support answer 'C' vs answer 'A'. Great content and really appreciate that you still answer comments for videos published a year ago!
Just Passed PMP your videos was very helpful. Thank you
