Started a new job and feeling a bit lost especially with all the projects that are coming up for this role. I’m going to re-watch in the morning and see what I can use. Thank you

I keep a year's worth of future logs in my rings. When I print out the next daily pages (in this case June) I print out my future log for the next year (June 2022) and I retire last month's future log (May 2021) to the archives. My logs are on one page (either left or right) there's a big monthly calendar that takes up the top half of the page (currently used for weather tracking, but you do you) and the bottom half I write in this year's reminders on the left and any future reminders on the right. Car tags every 2 years. Professional licenses every 5 years. Credit card expirations. Last time I used my debit card (mine expires in 6 months without use.) Monthly tasks like change a/c filter or wash makeup brushes, I cut and paste from this year's page to next year's future log... this way I never remember to get the car emission checked the day before the tag runs out 2-years from now. It's on the log the month before so I can get a tune up before the check. I also keep work functions like yearly retreat or maintenance shutdowns. 💖🌞🌵😷

Really like the idea of keeping a year of future logs. My rings are so full I am not sure I could fit them in but very handy idea!

@@PlanningAnnie, one thing I did to save space was eliminate year at a glance... You could track your days off on you future log calendars. .... 🤔 Hmmm... If I was so short on space, I guess I would keep 2 logs... One in my bujo like you have for doctors' appointments and such... But I'd find a place at home to keep the logs that keep my reoccurring monthly and yearly events that I can cut, paste and print out... Or maybe just keep those on a page instead of separating them out by monthly pages... How do you keep track of reoccurring monthly, quarterly and yearly tasks and events? 💖🌞🌵😷

At the time of adding information to the brain dump section for goals . Do you handwrite the comments or do you use post it?

One more question: how do you do to manage things that are recurrent? Like 1:1 or team meeting.

Freaking loved this. You have no idea how awesome I found this. I would love to see how you track team velocity, performance, or any other kpi. Also, do you use your bujo for performance reviews? I was thinking of putting a section in with that. TIA!

Absolutely loved this video! I've just moved up into a new level role and I get overwhelmed sometimes thinking about goal planning and team management. Do you have any videos where you have an example of a goal and how you break it down for yourself? Would be super helpful to see your process! Thanks x

Check out my Goal Planning playlist. I have my annual goal setting videos as well as my quarterly and monthly goal setting where I am breaking those down. Also, I am getting ready to start the goal planning process for 2022 (hard to believe it is time already, but it is). So stay tuned for that. So glad you enjoyed the video!

Annie, remember when you did the Bullet Journal Set up in March 2020, when you did a brief overview of The First 90 days. Did I miss your 60 day and 90 day reviews?

Great memory Dorothea. That was last year, at the beginning of the year when I had just taken on a new role. I was planning to share the 60 and 90 day updates when a little global pandemic showed up and totally changed the way I was working. I ended up sharing my strategies for working and leading teams remotely. You can see that here: ruclips.net/video/CDVnklzs1YM/видео.html

New subscriber here! I love looking at your work bullet journals. I am about to transition into a new role myself so it's been so helpful. I knownyoundid one where you mentioned the first 90 days book. I've looked at so many I can't remember which specific one. Can you link me to it?

@@PlanningAnnie I seriously think we might be related. I can SSSOOO relate to the pen, notebooks and all things journaling obsessions. I laughed til I cried when you said that you had been hiding a favorite pen from everybody, because I can relate. Enjoy your videos, a lot of helpful information. Thanks.
