Maybe because the person in the video gave it the toy that was already in its house, not something the person brought with them.
Kitty may have taken them to a dark and scary room to coerce the person to give it the cute thing that they brought.

This has to be my favourite Kitty Level so far! Absolutely incredible and very close to the Wikidot description! I love it! That fridge we saw is in fact full of food :) Everytime it is open and closed, it changes the type of food it contains. Pretty awesome! And I love how you had the axe in the footage!

You cant give kitty what's in his house already you need to give something cute that you brought with yourself, he will transfer you to a safe level if you give something cute to him but will not if you give him something he already has
