Glad you didn't listen to your judgement! That's beautiful! I still can't get over how you contrast the wood and acrylic so perfectly that it's like nature planned it that way! Yet again you knock my socks off!
Pewter was an interesting choice. At the beginning when the resin had set it didn’t look much, but the contrast between the dark resin and the light wood was as clear and beautiful as night and day. Thanks Andy.
The colour's are quite spooky and when you were emptying out the wood shavings, it looked like the gut's of a pumpkin, being scraped out. Very appropriate for the time of year, I love it! ❤
Andy, this is gorgeous! You have this talent for drawing your audience into your workshop, create your beautiful masterpieces and all without uttering so much as a syllable!!
Really love the pewter effect…every time I get to the video end & finished product I say ‘how did you do that!’ Thanks Andy, I’ll say it again…in my view you’re The Master Wood Turner.
Beautiful result Andy. The lip? is amazing! The contrast is perfect. Thank you for sharing your incredible vision, your skill and talent making it happen while we watch, your time and your adventure.👍🤟🪡🎨
Hi Andy the colour resin you used is awesome it really goes with the yew wood. The yew wood has beautiful grain and colour. You have made a magnificent hollowform it is really excellent. You are a mastercrafter and a very talented person to make another gem. Amanda xx
Really nice Andy as always you come up with some really cool stuff I miss seeing you work with the resin and wood turning and the messes you make with them
Beautiful work! Started turning about 2 years ago, I love it! Turned a couple of resin bowls but can't seem to get the air bubbles out, so I got frustrated and haven't used resin in a while.
Yeah nooo I’m guessing if anyone has anything but a “Wow”! You’ve done it again Andy. Another gorgeous piece. The choice of color resin with the beautiful wood is perfect. Then they have no taste lol. Love it. And I love when you post a video. I really look forward to your channel. Thank you.
Yew did it! I wasn't sure about the color when you were pouring it. I probably should have read what you wrote before I watched then I would have known it wasn't a flat gray. I like the shape very much. I have an old pottery vase with much the same line.
Completely lovely. Colour choice of the resin superb. Will you be getting your hands on any sycamore? It would be a fitting end to a beautiful tree to have craftsmen like yourself immortalise it. 🙂
Hi Andy. Yew had a plan all along, didn't yew ?? Look at what yew did !! Yew made lots of cobwebs. "Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat, Please to put a penny in the Old Man's Hat !!"
That's another beautiful piece, Andy, and a result I didn't foresee! Do you see the shape of a piece before you start, or does it refine as you progress?
Wow that's a beautiful piece you've made, I bet your significant other sure is happy of your talent, hopefully all those magnificent pieces are displayed all around your house..❤️❤️❤️
I cannot imagine why you'd be worried about the comments. Your artistry and craftsmanship never disappoint.
Amen!
Thanks
I was left guessing as to what it would be! I sat here in my hospital bed in awe! Your work is always stunning and incredible!🎉

I guess in this case it should be called p'yew'ter. 😅
Otherwise I totally agree with you.
Thanks Chris ..

I confess, I didn't think much of it when the turning was completed. But when it was finished and shined up, WOW. This is why I watch you. 😳

Another great piece, Andy. Let's be honest, it wouldn't be an Andy Phillip video without resin involved somewhere. Keep it up.
So beautiful! Love the shape and the colors contrast!

Как всегда ,технологично и мега профессиионально!Я даже немного вспотел от выборки внутренней поверхности))
The shapes in the Pewter echo the shapes in the Yew. And I love it. Warm wishes from Minnesota! ❤️❤️❤️

How did you know I was hoping for a resin pour video? Super psychic powers in addition to masterful woodturning skills.

I don't know about everyone else but I like it! Very nice. . .
Very pretty; the shape reminds me of pottery made by the tribes of the southwest. They make some beautiful horsehair pottery.

Where did you get the goose neck gouge you use at 07:45 from. I could have used one of those a few weeks back.
It's from Simon Hope woodturning 👍
@@AndyPhillipWoodturning cheers Andy. That’s where I got my lathe from; looks like I was looking in the wrong place on Simon’s site.

Stunning
Красота. Золотые руки.
So is it possible to turn a block of balsa wood? Would it actually be super easy, or would the low density actually make it harder to work with?
That's another beautiful piece, Andy, and a result I didn't foresee! Do you see the shape of a piece before you start, or does it refine as you progress?
Thanks .. I just sort of go with it
Now Yew done it , Yew made an amazing work of art !
