Dark Boos did make another appearance, though it isn't a 3D Mario game, it's MALSS+BM, in that game, during the Bowser's Minions Mode, you can use Bomb Boos as allies and their special ability is to run into the enimies and Explode!

I haven't seen the powerups video but it seems they are being judged on different things. nico might think being boo mario as a powerup isn't as great, but he fact that you are a boo with a mario mustache is good enough to be one of the best boos. lol
Aaaaah I remember when King Boo was like the hidden character of Mario Kart DD. Racing as a Boo, and not any Bol the King of them was awesome back then. The only thing I never liked of spin offs is that they don’t use his Luigi’s Mansion way cooler appearence. Hope, this changes someday.

Boo Mario-A vary useful powerup, sure it controls just like flappy bird, but it's useful in regards of gaining height, and going through walls. 9. pink boos-Dang I want to play Sunshine, I just need a gamecube. 8. stretches-Never got that far in Mario Three, but I've encountered them in Mario Maker, the're pretty cool enemies. 7. broozers-These enemies are like the boo equivalent to charging chuck. 6. frame boos-Never played Yoshi Wooly World, looks good though. 5. Lady Bow-I want to play Paper Mario, now when it comes to her character, I think she is a savage friend, but dang, I don't know her practicality because I've never experienced the gameplay. 4. big boos-I think it depends on the game, never played Mario 64 (I really want to though), I've played Mario World on Smash 4 Wii U, can't go far enough here though, in Mario Maker, let's just say, put a mushroom on boo, there you go, not much to say, except that you can't turn him into a sized-growth stretcher, hey, that name's just bad. 3. bomb boos-the're cool weapons, however Bouldgyst is really easy if you constantly run around him, just go close to him, and run around him like a pole, and spin to break rock and grab bomb boo. 2. Spooky Speedster-The first race, utter garbage, the second one, fun. I think he should have been in Mario Kart, he would fit so well. 1. King Boo-King Boo's the god of boos, of course he would make number one. I would love to play Luigi's Mansion though.
