- This is my FAVORITE part of the BMX Streets map! In case you haven't been able to pick up on it by now, I've really been enjoying BMX Streets. In my past couple videos I've been focusing on sucking less at the game, exploring the absolutely MASSIVE map, and knocking out some of the challenges. After exploring a decent portion of the map, I can say that I reaaalllyyyyy have been enjoying the dirt jumps section so far, and always find myself ending up back there for fun.

It’s so sick seeing a skater appreciate bmx! Feel like a lot of bmxer’s appreciate skating because it awesome, but don’t see many skaters show interest in bmx! So cool seeing Garrett enjoying this game and yes some riders like R Willy, Pat Casey😔, Kevin Peraza, Sandoval & many more are capable of doing tricks like a video game on dirt jumps! That’s why bmx is so sick aswell as skateboarding!
I grew up skateboarding and my big brother did bmx, so I always had love for bmx. But at the same time it would always break my heart hearing skaters talk shit about bmxers because my brother was a bmxer. Imo, bmx takes way more balls than skateboarding.

at 1:55 you were trying to do the double peg to double peg on that gate thing. You struggled because it kept using the trasion assists so it though you were wall riding. try turning OFF transition assist in settings.
Re: jumping back into the back and getting out of the rail at the start of the vid, you can use the triggers to bunnyhop laterally (more than simply leaning)

To clear the last jump you want to hop early and it gives you more distance then hopping as you’re coming off the jump
This should be acquired by GTA6.. would be a sick sequel to the bmxing on GTAV

Watch Ryan Williams’ dirt jump X Games runs, a front flip is more than realistic when you see that kid pulling 1080 front flips, double fronts, 360 double backflips etc

A tip for a lil more understanding:
Right tricks are regular (just call the name of the trick) and left are called opposite
Also for perfect tweak u need to tweak it as soon as u can

Turning off transition assist would help with the fence double peg grinds at the beginning of the video, so the character doesn't lean like hes trying to wall ride.

To ride trails you want to turn off all transition settings of so you manually have full control of your bike and hit the middle line to get most speed for the gap in third line you struggled on

If you hold one of the shoulder buttons and then jump, it'll cause you to jump Left or Right which would get you off the rail at the start!
If u wsnt to perfect tweak u need to do the trick input and the tweak in one motion
Idk if u found that one spot its a small skate park and it has a bigg ramp its really fun

hit the middle line first....then cut to the right to hit that jump at 9:55...air over the next jump to that big downside.

Not sure if you knew but Turning off transition spin assist gives you a more natural feel in transitions
i don’t play this game or know a lot about bmx’ing but i skate and surely not having speed for the last trick comes from not pumping when landing into a ramp. Am i completely wrong? pump before jumping and pump after you land

I like the deadness of the game...I hated in skate 3 how cars or pedestrians messed me up and would have to retry esp when trying something tricky...I dont get why people want them so bad when they just get in the way but to each their own I guess..

when your pumping imagine your humping something so you gotta go down and up
holding a trigger makes you hop in the direction you're holding
if you dont turn on transition assist so it helps clear the jumps
perfect tweak is just when u do it in one motion
