This is literally THE BEST video i've seen on youtube concerning mock meats. I am extremely impressed by your cooking skills and am inspired to make some of these recipes. I love the detail you have put in with texture, flavor, and presentation. I am especially interested in making some of the gluten free options with the use of mushrooms because mushrooms are just delicious. The mock meats with gluten would be perfect for my bf and meat eating family members. I am looking forward to with practice having an impressive dish at thanksgiving.

OMG. this was insane!!!!!!!! this IS the best vegan video i have came across!! that rice paper idea looks perfect. and i loved the turkey idea!!!!!!!!!!!! i have been washing flour which i am more comfortable eating. but from time to time i will make seitan, .once a year or so. i have been trying out hundreds of things over the last two years or so..but this video, and making a vegan turkey, took this to a whole 'nother level.. I so remember watching all of these mock meat vids, prior to the upgrades for the cookbook, this has by far been the best explanation of how to cook mock meats for new vegans and veteran vegans. I never heard of adding baking soda to vital wheat gluten until now. You are amazing and are so creative in the kitchen....could fool any carnivore😁🥰

OMG. this was insane!!!!!!!! this IS the best vegan video i have came across!! that rice paper idea looks perfect. and i loved the turkey idea!!!!!!!!!!!! i have been washing flour which i am more comfortable eating. but from time to time i will make seitan, .once a year or so. i have been trying out hundreds of things over the last two years or so..but this video, and making a vegan turkey, took this to a whole 'nother level.. Marry me!!!!!!looooool. thanks for sharing!

I so remember watching all of these mock meat vids, prior to the upgrades for the cookbook, this has by far been the best explanation of how to cook mock meats for new vegans and veteran vegans. I never heard of adding baking soda to vital wheat gluten until now. You are amazing and are so creative in the kitchen....could fool any carnivore😁🥰
