How sweet! I just love that! You do a beautiful job on everything you put your hand too. I also love the sweater you have on! Love the pattern and color, and it looks so good on you. I hope you and your loved ones have a wonderful Christmas!
I'm going to be starting patchwork quilt block type pot holders. I have some my great aunt and grandma made and they are starting to fall apart. I dabbled in learning to sew in jr/sr high and made a few dresses and small beginner things but have never really kept going with the skill. But I'm excited to try and expand my ability.
@@jkreinert2822 oh how pretty! I would like to make some potholders for our house & for my hope chest. I made some woven ones from factory scrap sock loops. Which are nice and thick but a little small. I haven’t sewn much in the past few years. But I’d like to sew myself some dresses with some yarn I have had for that purpose for years, I was just too scared of messing it up!😂 They are both thrifted fabrics with a distinct pattern on the edge, so I can’t replace it and the pattern once cut I cant go back..I need to just do it though..
@@Bekilouthreads Thank you! It is the Monday suit by Petite knit, I bought it from Ravelry but you can also buy it on her website. I have also knit her other patterns and they are great! I plan to knit her Sunday suit & Anchor suit soon.🥰
@@JoelleGrace It is a mixed berry jam from Costco, which is actually very delicious. This is the 1st time I've tried it. I hope to preserve my own jam next year. I've never heard of Tuna Jam but have heard Cactus fruit before. Funny that it would be called Tuna, lol, but I'm happy it was delicious.
@ yum! I love making jam! A few years ago I made so much that i had to stop for a few years!😂 isn’t that a funny name! My siblings love to ask people if they want some tuna jam without giving them any context, and the expressions on their face are hilarious!
You're right, I couldn't tell that you were wearing green pants. The shirt under your sweater looked tan and I thought you like natural colours. The sweater is beautiful and looks very nice on you. Did you knit that and do you knit and sell the products that you've made? I don't knit myself and avoid sewing, lol.
@@AlmostOffGridGrandmacre-zs5eu 😂 The lighting was terrible! I tried two different places but it as just too dark I guess.. I did knit it! I knit it last year.🌲I have knit things to sell off and on again over the years, mostly just for family though. I actually just bought a bunch of yarn however to make some baby outfits like the one I showed that I plan to sell! I hope it works well. I haven’t really seriously tried it before, I just used scrap yarn in the past and priced them really low so they’d sell.. I had a hard time learning to knit and it took a lot of try’s but I love it now! I like sewing but I dont really enjoy getting everything out and cutting out all the fabric.. so I don’t do it very often!😂
@@JoelleGrace It's a beautiful sweater that you made. My favorite colour is also green 😁The baby outfit that you are making is really well done, at least from my vantage point. The weave if that is what it's called looks tight and the baby should be very cozy and comfortable in the outfit.
@ Thank you! This is my fourth baby suit I have made of this pattern, the pattern has several points that give a very professional finish. It’s fun to knit! And wool is so nice in the winter! Do you prefer dark or light shades of green? It’s such a lovely color!
I'm usually working on making cards or postcards. Sometimes I get a bit of time to work on making a journal. The next project I'm starting will be a 2025 calendar. The little outfit turned out adorable.💜
