- Hey guys! In this video I show my new in for this upcoming Fall session Levi’s. I usually wear a 26/27 in Levi’s.

Height: 5’5 and a half/166.5cm
I just bought some Levi's for the 1st time. I got the 501 high rise originals. You & I are the same height, but I weigh 150. Got a 29 and returned for a 30. I'm a size 6 usually, but gaining weight. I hope they dont stretch out. Thanks for the review.
Hi rise, wide leg are so in fall of 2023, with a waist. I bought the ribcage wide leg, long, and have gotten so many compliments! I got the black, wish they also came in a darker wash. I am 5'6" 135 and got 29/32.

I tried on the baggy in size 33 and they were tight in the thighs. I tried the Ribecage and I really like those !

but for the gap on the back for the ribcage, what do you do? do you fix them at home or do you bring them to get tailored?
A tailor has to bring in the waist for me. ☺️
Have you had any issues with Levi’s stretching out wayyyyy too much? It’s happened with every style I’ve bought regardless of the fiber content. I buy super snug and i still end up swimming in them. Washing helps but Levi’s recommends against over washing. Besides they stretch out in the waist and fly area within a few hours of wear. I washed my 501s so much to keep shrinking that they are super faded and almost white!!!
I wore my new Ribcage ankle today for the first time and it already happened.
Any tips? We have the same body type with the small waist and fuller hips. In the store I looked the exact same in the Ribcage as you but now they look like baggy dad jeans. I’m beside myself since I love Levi’s but giving up on them.
No, I’ve never had that issue. It sounds like you may need to size down a size or two. Sometimes with Levi’s, they will seem tight when you first put them on, but loosen up after a hour or so of wear. Thus, you may feel inclined to size up for a loser initial fit and after about a hour they have loosened up so much, you realize the size you picked is waaay to big!!🤗
Thanks for getting back to me. I think I sized down as much as I could and still be able to get it over my thighs! I think the size down does seem to work for most people. I went to Levi’s today and the tailor was there and he said he could do a waist adjustment. It’s not cheap but worth it to get the right fit! In case anyone is reading this in my situation, I would suggest getting a tight fit to start, wearing them for a while to break them in and then taking them to the tailor afterwards. Don’t wash first cause that would temporarily shrink them and the tailor might not take them in enough.

What are the sites you’re wearing with the baggy trousers? Also, did the baggy trousers loosen up after an hour? Unsure if I should size up or stay true to size.
I have the 501 90s and I size up to a 26 to get the baggy look, so should I size up with these baggy trousers as well for the baggy look? Or should I size down since they are already considered baggy?

Hi! I think we have the same measurements and I wanna buy the ribcage straight ankle in black but I’m not sure if I should get the size 26 or 27. Should I get the size 26 instead? I usually get the size 27 in my ribcage straight ankle in blue denim but im not sure if rhe sizes run big on black. Thanks!
The color black in Levi’s, run very big, I always go down (or purchase my smaller regular size for a loose fit). The wide leg black Ribcage in this video, I should have gotten in the 25. The 26 is very big, especially after about 30 mins of wear.I hope this helps!!!🤗 FYI I definitely don’t wear a 25 but black in Levi’s is always much, much bigger than normal!
