Great video and telecaster dig the color it's definitely a tele color to have my performer has the Yosemite pickups set they are super with great tones with the amps i have.. great choice and great luther work!... i just went to GC two days ago and played the fender classic vibe it felt like my USA telecaster i freaked out it felt so close and nice for $389 lol" as long as i dont keel over after the new year ill be back to give my channel a new run ill be buying a new china guitar myself next Tuesday to get my feet wet back on my channel sorry for the silent year i traded my wife for 7 years of guitars it had to stop and i put family first all year i collapsed my right lung couple months ago took awhile to get on my feet from that 😂... Fulton Street Beats Chibsons videos got me buying one and moving back to my channel now i was gonna start back up with a SRV charley hardtail build but i cant resist a 2023 chibson the SRV build is on hold 😂... Merry Christmas and have a great new year man! Great video fabrication is always they way to go to get the right fit great work your all dield in big-time on your telecaster nice love your telecaster!
Hello my friend ! Great to hear from you. Yeah , I had fun modding that guitar....I also did more to it...Gotoh Tuners...shimmed the neck , and installed a Tusq xl nut. Of. All the work I did, I'd say hands down the Tusq Nut turned it into a new guitar... unbelievable. Great hearing from you bud. Merry Christmas

I just heard from Dave's world of fun stuff that the tusq nuts are the only way to go over a real bone nut they made a tusq nut to be better than bone he says I'll be buying a few myself now your hearing a difference that's great news to hear especially after hearing Dave talk about the tusq qualities the other day 😂 awesome! I'll be watching for your video on how the mods went cool beans!

The total cost was about $175. I don't know how they can do it for that??? The reviews say that their good, so at least it will give me something to talk about on another video... Yes, the Tele turned out so nice, It's one of my favorite guitars now. Stay blessed!!
It's kind of a bummer of Firefly not to make everything the same standard measurements as Fender. That would make it easy to swap parts and I would think would make Firefly a lot more popular! Maybe there's some kind of law that they can't do that since some companies sell "licensed" parts made for Fender guitars?
I think it's simply a matter of it being a product from another country. Firefly isn't trying to accommodate Fender parts, they're making their own thing , and to be fair, they're doing more at that price than Fender or Gibson will do. Cheers
The problem would be that the neck pickup is mounted on the pickguard, not into the body cavity. I'm not certain if the other screw holes would line up precisely either. Thanks for the comment, happy New Year to you!

Nice concise vid Wondering if the 8 screw pick guard replacement would be a PITA for a FFTL?
