The best part of the video is the background. No BS led lighting, no fake ikea plant, no empty boxes of free shill products, just a home with open space, Natural lighting and a pleasing brown esthetic.

Love the concept of a long term review. You really get to hear how a piece affected your life during that time.

As a bag nerd and mom who survived lymphoma, quite inspiration. Keep killing it, bro.

This backpack is amazing! Yes, it is outrageously expensive but it's indestructible. I'm abusing it for 7 years with to much weight, sharp tools and carrying it everywhere all the time and it still looks like new. Every other backpack I had didn't last one year with me...

Too bad it seems GoRuck is moving to add market value to the brand name and not their products, which is a dead giveaway they are moving to sell out in the next few years like Tom Bihn recently did. TAD also went under and sold to an investment firm. Their warranty won't mean much when it's finally sold to a Chinese company in 5-10 years.

I was lucky enough to snag a 500D version when they were available. I think it’s the best version they have. Lighter and not as abrasive. No need for the 210 on the back panel. GR2 34L is a great weekend/travel bag.

Would love to get my hands on a version like that.

Congrats on beating cancer !!!! Super nice video. I just got the GR2 last week and I’m loving it. I’m 5”6 like you. The bag is big but perfect.
I have the new 210D on the back and I was worried is not as strong as a full 1000D cordura, but watching your video I realised is better to have the 210d in the back.
Mine still stiff but I’m enjoying the process of break it in ^^

I wish my steel 26L GR2 had the 210D. I like the contrasting black molle but they dont offer that anymore unfortunately

Gr2 26L or evergoods cpl 24 for edc? Right now I use a new mystery ranch catalyst 26L which I love. Looking to add to the collection

Tough call, but for me personally, I use the Evergoods CPL 24L in XPAC for my EDC and absolutely love it.

How tall are you? Ive been thinking about this pack vs the 26L gr2 but it seems tall and I'm only 5 10

Granted he does, but it's not so bad. I don't think it's glaringly obvious, I still think it's a great review and one of the better reviews. As others mentioned comes across as more genuine and honest as opposed to some of the others just look way too polished and slick - bit to salesy for me.
