I found al the TRICKS useful... Bt, 2nd one was MOST USEFUL... As, i've always hv the habit of sleeping at 3 am or sometimes even at 4 am... Bt only from the past 2 days, I've started sleeping at 9 pm and wake up at 4 am.... Trust me, jst like u said abt feeling drowsy all the day.... 1.I think meditation is not included in your daily routine. 2.Depends on what are you studying (means is there any chances of changing the field ,ex-bsc) 3.If you don't like studies try to find your interest (ex- sports, etc). One thing- my exam is there after a month and now I am getting the pressure of studying. Actually I am a average guy in studying 😉. But I did studied very harder in my 12th. Now I am in bsc (pcm) 2nd year. I was bored with online exams as well as online classes. After the offline classes I am getting interest in some subjects. Thankyou for those who read this all

I don't know if i could get any kind of help here or not but i would share my thoughts. After covid my parents don't allow me to step out of house i didn't saw any of frnd , didn't eat anything of my choice only home made food , didn't went for any movie or anything ...my father is very strict he is like dictator who just give command i have to obey them .this place feels like jail to me ..if i say i want to take coaching for gate he says take online coaching..i took but was not effective ...i m not able to focus at all on studies ..i m not allowed to call my favourite ppl much ..i can do it but for limited time ...i cannot talk to any of my male frnds as they are quite stereotyped ..for whole complete day i m just sitting on my table ...and most of the time I don't study.. whenever i go and sit with them they will strt giving me some lectures or just talk about there work place they don't ask if i need something ..he treat me as if i am an school student . My confidence is going down, decision making is getting affected . It is quite disturbing to sit in ur room 24*7 . Most of my frnds are out of town when they come home i m not allowed to meet them . I didn't committed any mistake any blunders no bfs and other things but i m not able to sort this thing out . All these things have led to my failure in gate exam i don't want to live such life ahead plz guide me 🙏
