I'm like Michael when I talk about something that makes me happy because I get so excited. When I get excited I keep talking and talking.
I miss Michael Jackson he been gone since 2009
Michael Jackson - The greatest entertainer ever lived :)
We are never too old or too young to love magic is always magic in the world
That footage with the men watching him. They are all wearing hats it’s an incredible moment in time.
This post came at a good time. I was just watching MJ's NEWLY posted home videos just last night. MISS HIM ♥
Excellent! Such an historic building. American needs to take care of these treasures now or they'll be gone.
Thank you I myself am a Houdini fan and MJ Thriller video. Both men were brilliant!
I never miss one video. Grimm life collective is 💯 the best RUclips videos to watch HAPPY HALLOWEEN MICHAEL AND JESSICA 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Houdini has always given me chills. Still impressive to watch him perform from back then. Bad booty!🎃👻🎃👻🎃👻

Once Again.Simply Awesome.Richard.
I have loved reading about Houdini ever since I was a kid and I've never heard this story before. Thanks for sharing.
Love the channel, love the theme song, love Baby Ghoul - Jessica should have her own show!
i'm in my 60's. my mother was born in the 20's. when i was a kid and asked for something when she was busy the response was - "who do you think i am? Harry Houdini?" it seems to have been a common phrase in my parents' generation. another name thrown about was mandrake the magician. i thought they were all fictional characters.
Just driving 🚘.but can't deny the grimm life collective is the best youtube channel out there,
Awesome music for the Houdini footage
The Buildings are still so very cool to look at and Thank y’all for taking us on the tour😁👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Houdini.!!! The best one of a kind magician ever!!!!
I do love old Houdini stories. :-)
Same
Big Michael Jackson fan
I agree 😊 he's like a kid on Christmas morning ❤
The color would be Amethist-purple/black-1 of my favorite glass colors from the days of yore...I would love to see the inside of that theatre-looks awesome!
Hi Micheal and Jessica😁👏👏👌👍My sentiments exactly! We all live to make history as well as experience things of the present,.I love 💕 getting immersed in people places and things. It heightens senses,I love smelling old historical places., like a bloodhound, find it almost hypnotic.Living in a few different states growing up, the smells told me stories about people. The towns, cities and mountains.Being sensual in a good but magical way.So Thanks again, and relating w/pictures of Houdini and seeing the theater, and so adorable you both are together 💝
Thanks again for the video! 🙂🙂🙂
You have such a tremendous following, now that you could probably have them give you a tour for your channel! Btw, Harry Houdini died here in Detroit, if you make your way to the mitten. Thank you for the video! Happy Halloween 🎃
You have to keep in mind when he pays for his tour he can be completely honest of his assessment. When you start asking for free bees you then come under some pressure sometimes to steer the narrative in a direction he may not have wanted to go. Remember, nothing in this world is free.
Detroit is cold. Detroit has emenem. Detroit has flint as well.
I was just going to ask them if they've ever been to Detroit! From Detroit and still live here now...that would be so cool if they came here. We have so much history here as well
@@scummymummy2548 lmao Michigan has flint. Detroit is in Michigan you were close though.
Fantastic and you two are magical 🤩
Cool Video!!! I remember when Michael Jacksons Thriller came out. Great Album. Always wondered where his Thriller Video was made?
Love ur vids they are so good! Keep em coming you guys rock!
You guys should try to see if you can get into The Magic Castle in Hollywood one day, it's pretty amazing, with the hidden rooms and it has some amazing stories of Houdini having a secret room there. I went there some years ago, one of my friends does magic there. It's such a magical experience being there..
I was so into Houdini when I was younger … I remember this incident from old stories i read about Houdini’s life
Omg. I cannot wait to see this video... ima at work right now but definitely going to watch it tonight...
Absolutely love your content, I would love to see you go to the sites for Jodi arias and Travis Alexander Murder
A good one about Houdini.
I’ve been binging your channel these last two days, I appreciate all you and Jess do!

💜💜🎩🎩💜💜
I have a hardcover book on my shelf entitled Houdini - The Man Who Walked Through Walls by William Lindsay Gresham (pub. 1959) borrowed by my father from a public library in Oct/1960. Inadvertently it wasn't returned (long story)...and has since traveled all over Canada until it came into my possession several years ago. Coincidentally, my wife and I now live in the same small town where the book was originally borrowed all those years ago (62 years). One of these days we plan to return it to the local library - and a friend of mine is a staff reporter/photographer for the local newspaper so I'll give him a heads-up and see if he wants to cover it as a story for the local paper. Loved your video of the Houdini connection to the old Orpheum Theater - fascinating stuff.
So great to watch your videoes,no matter where you go you treat people respectfull and nice..In the end of the video when Jessica told you that she liked how you were taken back to yor childhood, that is real love.I am a big fan of you guys.
Greetings from Norway.

What an amazing couple you are. Because of you I will hopefully be travelling to California from London in 4 weeks time. My whole trip is built around the places you have shown us in your videos. Thanks for letting us all keep history alive through your tireless work, stay safe.
Great story. Thanks for posting.
Loved this. Thanks.
when your in town for HORRORHOUND you should film BOBBY MACKEYS in wilder KY it is about 19 miles from the convention center. Its a haunted bar or said to be.
I've just subscribed to the channel , a friend recommended the Sharon tate House video which was superb, totally addicted to the channel, absolutely brilliant what your doing
Awesome as always love you guys
I've never seen footage of Houdini before! It's fascinating also to see that in those days EVERYONE wore a hat 🎩
Amazing as always
Great Vlog ! I love the ORPHEUM Theatres. Always the Grandest Buildings. Till now I never knew about the showdown between Houdini and Willard.
I love this! AND i love you guys ❤️!
I moved to Hawaii over 30 years ago from SoCal, I was born not too far from this videos locale, at hospital of the Good Samaritan on Wilshire Blvd (about 2 years before RFK was taken there & died in the later 60’s) your love and enthusiasm for these history locations is awesome, just like your girl said. Please keep it comin’, it’s beautiful
…and speaking of which- maybe you can do one about the Ambassador Hotel & when Bobby Kennedy was shot and Wilshire Blvd etc. talk about a bunch of history, man!
🙏🏽❤️ Paul Gonzales
Great video as always 👻 The purple glass blocks on the floor are actually to let natural light into the celler; a lot of public houses have them in england 👍
Micheal, you and Jess make history fun. I enjoy your videos. Thank you for taking us on this journey.
What a great story! Great job!
Great video. I’ve always loved Harry Houdini. I had never heard that story before. Thanks for sharing it. Side note. A lot of times when you see that glass on the sidewalk, sometimes, there was an underground. That’s how light would get in below. If you haven’t, you should come to Seattle and do the underground tour. It’s really cool. They also filmed an episode of Night Stalker in it.
Yes another video! ❤️
Another great video!
There's an Orpheum theater here in my hometown of Wichita, KS. They still show old movies and small concerts there.
That was very informative. Loved watching it. Yes... We do need to keep history alive. Thank you for doing just that ❤️🎃
Love it love History as well Thank You both for taking me with to all your awesome adventures! 👍☺️🎃✌🏻💕
This was great! Sending lots of love to you both! 😘😘💕✌️
I recently discovered this channel, been watching now for a couple of weeks on my lunch. Great content!
Thanks for uploading a video about two of my favorite entertainers that gave way to all the entertainers I love today on my birthday. Stay spooky, Happy Halloween, as always thank you for all you do!
I was always told Los Angeles is a festering cesspool, but you guys make them turds shine bright! We’re coming down.
My wife and love your show! Thank you yet again for such a great upload!
Also I forgot to add this summer if you and your wife are ever down Houston way let me know via my channel and we will fix you a delicious bbq!
Interesting. Thanks for sharing.
It's so sad how quick Hollywood is to destroy legendary landmarks. As always, thank you for the great upload! Love you both!
Omg I have chills thinking about this story 😱
Love your stories Find them very interesting and well made keep up the good work all the best to both of you 👍🎬
Great video! Have you ever been to The Magic Castle? It was my dream since I was a kid! never thought I would be able to go but my husband made it happen for us, twice!! The best part was being allowed inside the “Houdini Chamber” where they practice seances, some to try to contact him. I know he was never physically there, but a lot of his actual artifacts and props are actually there. The room is filled with them, can’t help but feel in his presence when you’re there. I know they don’t allow filming in there but just for you guys to experience would be amazing. If you’ve already done it and mentioned it, my apologies.
Thanks for always making great videos!! 🖤
That's historic I love hearing about stuff like this
Thank you !! Very very interesting 😎😎
LA has such a fascinating history.
Those purple glass blocks on the street could mean there's an underground city below. In Seattle (my origin) those blocks are all over. They were used to let light in for the underground city. Really cool tour to take if you're ever in the Jet City! You gotta see the troll too... (if you haven't, a true local haunt)
Reminds me, do you have a video or two with your background, former stomping grounds???
Love your videos please continue more ! It’s so interesting and educational ❤️ Ps Jessica looks so cute
Michael and Jessica you guys are awesome thanks for sharing oh and Happy Halloween
When I was a kid in the 60s the threaters on Broadway were the place to see movies. I have been in all of them they were not in their prime any more but they were still beautiful.
I love your channel!!
I love the videos
Just watched it was great!
Wow! Great trip back in time. The prize fighter had a chance to be part of the Houdini legacy and his ego blew it. See? Can't even remember his name now.
Love y'alls work here.
I absolutely love you guys! I watch your videos every night after work laying in bed. Oh and Jessica is absolutely beautiful 😊
MJ and Houdini, two genius separated in time but not space !!!
here is an other know fact Michael Jackson loved to go to magic shows and used to visit a magic shop called Hollywood magic. { which is now closed and no longer open}
also michael jackson hired magician Franz Harary to create magic effects for the bad tour and history tour.
Franz Harary- Magician of the week- Exclusive Interview and talks about michael jackson

ruclips.net/video/wbdtjVS5Rvk/видео.html
Another very Cool video especially as it featured my favourite Michael Jackson’s Thriller
Thank you Michael & Jessica #HappyHalloween 🎃
Hey you two, love ya💖💖✌️
I just started watching your channel about a month ago and I have watched most of the videos.. I absolutely love and appreciate you two.. I think you guys deserve way more subs..!!
Great video! This is one of the best surviving Houdini theaters, and the Jess Willard story makes it all the more special. Houdini also played here in 1923. I appreciate you mentioning the date discrepancy. While every published source says Nov. 30, it was in fact Nov. 29. You can take it to the bank. Feel free to reach out to me with any Houdini questions, especially related to Houdini in LA. Lots of Houdini locations here. Thanks for the video and, again, great work!
fantastic
Harry Houdini came to Australia in 1910 and whilst here he visited the grave of American 'spiritualist' William Davenport who died in Australia when he was touring here in 1877. There are photos of him standing at the grave, which I did recreations of a few years ago
Let's go to the Magic Castle this year!
grimmlifecollective making history cool and fun .
The places where you go are very cool to see thank you ms Jessica and Michael god bless and happy Halloween
Houdini was the man for his time and had the gift of being able to manipulate his body to get out of all sorts of weird types of straightjackets, handcuffs etc. His end supposedly came by a young adult man after punching Houdini in the gut (per Houdini request) causing his appendix to shortly burst within a few days thereafter. I wish someone would buy the Orpheum and restore it to its full glory and resume concerts, plays or movies their. Thanks again guys.......
