    Okay, I had been taking (in vain, it seems), vitamin D3 (in the form of cholecalciferol 60,000 ius a week, because my D levels are always super low). I had also been taking magnesium (citrate, amino acid chelate and glycinate dihydrate). So, I have ordered D3 with K2 because all the D3 that I have been taking, is presumably sitting inactive in various tissues of my body.
    Now my worry is, how much of all these is absolutely SYNTHETIC and not bioavailable??!!
    Will this whole supplementation thing not only prove to be a waste of time and money but also toxic!!
    The body works as such a complex web of interactions that even the experts are only beginning to know the surface of it!
    And yet, we cannot rely on nature anymore because we have screwed it up so much with our ego, greed, ignorance and arrogance.
    Humans, the accursed race!

    My doctor actually pu time on D3 and K2 together. I don’t get enough from sun since I am dealing with too many autoimmune issues - slowly getting them under control. But the D3 and K2 helped me get out of osteopenia! Much to my other doctors surprise that the osteopenia resolved! And has remained resolved and no I don’t take calcium except from foods! Calcium supplements don’t work for me - or most people! But loved seeing this for an affirmation of why I am taking it. I take 10,000 units D3 daily - occasionally 15,000 and I am still below 50 on my blood work - but I am up from 15! Thank you for this sharing!

Vitamin D with K2 MK7 variant mornings with breakfast something fatty ideally like extra virgin olive oil teaspoon to help with absorbing. Magnesium later in the day or night otherwise it can block K2. Magnesium helps with sleep too and most like vitamin D are deficient . Magnesium gylycinate is excellent or taurate or citric for help with gut movement. Best wishes

      Many Thxs from California for this valuable info and All you do to help us be informed!❤️
      Please know from my research one’s vitamin D3 levels need to be tested 3-4X’s a year. Why, because it takes a long time to replenish low level reserves in our bodies after warding off a virus or viral infection! In the meantime if another bug comes along and we are waiting a year for testing we then also have to wait until our reserves are replenished before our bodies are fortified enough to fight off another round of bugs etc. Their is a fast way to get D3 into the body in just a matter of hrs but 1) it is used only in this country for animals and 2) not sold over the counter. Dr John Campbell, out of England, has had a couple at least interviews with front line doctors on the subject of Vitamin D3 uptake in the body etc. Keep on on keeping On Dr Livinggood! 👍🏼🌹🙏🏽🌹

      @lorrinowell3781 That's shocking to me. I'm guessing he didn't tell you to also take K2 (mk7) either. If your body was dangerously low in D, I still can't imagine the 50,000 iu's of it. But maybe if he had you do that just for a few days or a week, then drop way back down. I give him a little credit for recommending a vitamin, but ... he didn't know enough about it - esp since he had you on D2 and not D3.

    Hello! Very informative video! I'm a 23 guy and I don't go out much so no sun for me. My aunt been taking the d3 k2 with mag for a while she started seeing a lot of good results. So I thought it'd be a good idea to try the d vitamin so I just ordered the d3 k2 vitamin but I got the lowest uI possible so I don't risk anything and I found a 2000 one. Not until now I see your video and say that's is crucial to get the mag as well. Now I don't think I can afford to get the mag at this moment so like is there a Way to get sufficient mag from food or say milk if I drink that every day? Would that help activate my vitamin d3 k2?

    I watched one of your shopping videos, which was 😮 you need to research the terms : cage-free, free range, pasture raised, grass fed and grass finished. The USDA definition of these terms allows for great deception of the consumer. And Non GMO pertains only to genetics and has nothing to do with added hormones, pesticides, etc.

    As someone who finally suplimented D3 originally with Magnesium back in the day and finally got brave enough to go all high potency of D3 with K2 (menakinon 7) and Magnesium glycate .. plus on and off with a iodine/ "thyrobalance" multi mineral - vitamin and filled in the gaps.. with K2 & Magnesium... Early January 2023 blood test with optimal levels vitamin D middle of the skating season. Excellent blood fat composition & hemoglobin as well as A1C levels. But I did the research and became my own test subject. I went off of D last summer thinking it was possible to get enough sun but the levels dropped dramatically and caught a cold after being cold free all winter. The sunlight will regulate your D levels with proper nutrition, supposedly, but I am cautious.

      Your levels dropped on account of all the poisoning we all endure daily in the environment and especially from glyphosate and BPA's. Both lower our vitamin d levels AND glyphosate has the added bonus of interfering with our skins ability to get vitamin d from the sun.

    2 Questions about the magnesium supplement you sell:
    1. Why is the first ingredient 'magnesium oxide'??
    According all the scientific studies, the oxide form absorbs only for a lousy 4 percent.
    2. Why don't you specify what percentage the other forms in the capsule are, such as malate, bisglycinate etc?
    This way it is impossible to determine how much magnesium you actually absorb?

    • @DrLivingood
      @DrLivingood  3 месяца назад

      Magnesium Oxide is used to ease migraines and constipation. It may also help reduce blood pressure, blood sugar, and anxiety in certain populations. The formula is a proprietary blend to provide 300mg of Magnesium with equal parts Citrate, Aspartate, and Amino Acid Complex : Malate, Bisglycinate, and Taurinate : Oxide. We always recommend you work with your physician. -LGD Team

    At around 4:50, you said Vitamin D3 moves calcium out of the blood and into the bones. If this is the case, why would too much Vitamin D3 cause hypercalcemia? I have heard this all the time, yet I have also heard recently by doctors such as Dr Hollis that he has never seen a patient with hypercalcemia caused by D3. Are there any peer-reviewed studies showing D3 causing this, or is this just a hypothesis medical people have adopted?

    • @DrLivingood
      @DrLivingood  2 месяца назад

      Vitamin D moves calcium that’s digested into your body from the digestive system into the bloodstream. That’s the end of vitamin D’s job - then vitamin K2 takes over and drives that calcium into your teeth and bones. Here is a helpful article! 😊 drlivingood.pulse.ly/7whdad8hvq - LGD Team
