በሚያሳዝን ሁኔታ ሁኔታ በአንድ ወቅት ለፕሮፓጋንዳ ፍጆታ እንዲውል ታስቦ እንደ ታሪክ የተቀመጠን የሐሰት ጥናታዊ ሰነድ እየመነዘሩ መጭውን ትውልድ ከእኛ በላይ የሚያደናብር ልፋፌን ሁሉም እንዳመቸው ያናፋበታል ይህ ባይሆን ኖሮ የሁለቱን ተከታታታይ ስርዓቶች ከመጨረሻው የሽፍታ ደናቁርት ስርዓት ጋር ለማመሳሰል አይሞከርም ነበር፣ እርግጥ ነው ጊዜም ለውጭ ፖሊሲ አቋም አንዱ ወሳኝ ኩነት በመሆኑ ፍፁማዊነት በየትኛውም የታሪክ ዘመን ነበረ ብሎ ለመደምደም የሚደፍር ባይኖርም አንዱ ከሌላው ግን የሚለይበት የእየራሱ ግማድ አለው።
