Thank you for the fantastic overview of my plugin. It was a blast watching you build the "Poison Me" effect live on your stream. I'm very excited to see how everyone uses it!
Dude, not sure why you don't have like a million followers. You are awesome! Funny, informative, a little weird in a good way, and just a quality content creator :). Thanks for the content!
I've never heard of this new plugin! Thanks for telling me about it Nutty, I'll for sure check it out and experiment with it a bit, see what I come up with. Also, Move Transition Mega Effects guide, HECK YEAH! +1 vote for that video idea!
This is such a great blur plugin! Can't wait to start playing around with it. Thx for explaining the options, and also the quick tut on the move value stuff. You're amazing.
can this be used as a scene transition? for example: using the move filter to blur the current scene, switching to a different blurred scene and unblurring there
You could definitely do that using the Scene As Transition plugin and the Move plugin alongside my blur plugin. The general idea would be to use the to and from sources that scene as transition gives you, and some triggered moves.
@@FSingularityyep, that's what I was thinking. the pixelated transition was one of the only things I cared about losing with StreamFX going paywall (even wrote the guy like "Can I just buy this?" - he said "no!") and when I saw the pixelated section in this video, I was already figuring out how to use it! looks great!
Fun thing. I added a hexagonal pixelation, but I did not like the result. I added a blur effect (kawase) before the pixelation, and suddenly I got what I wanted: nice, smooth effect :) Without this the pixelation takes only a point reference, and can flicker wildly
That's something I'm working on for an upcoming release- adding a "smoothness" parameter to the pixelate filter, which would do exactly what you did- add an adjustable pass of Kawase blur before apply the pixelate. I'm glad you're enjoying the plugin!
@@FSingularity I used the Kawase pass only as a workaround. If the big pixels would have the average colour of the source pixels it covers, it could be nice. Of course I don't know which needs more resource. Also, rotating the pixelation pattern could be nice as well, at least for the hexagon and triangle filters :)
@@RelakS__ Averaging the pixels is essentially what the blur plugin does, and doing a Kawase pass (with the radius set to approximately the size of the pixels) is about the most efficient way to do it so you've found a great way to do it for now. Regarding rotation, that is also in the dev pipeline, along with setting the pattern center point (right now if you change the pixel size it looks like it comes from the lower left corner. I'll be adding a slider so that you could move that origin point).
I've been looking to create an effect where my webcam grows, like when Mario eats a mushroom (3 part stagger growth). Wondering if that could be achieved using this Move Value effect??
Yes! Thank you Finite and Nutty for bringing it to our attention! I need a better Drop Shadow filter for sure! The Shader Filter Plug-In one doesn't do what I need it to do! Anyone have any options?
I hope you enjoy the blur plugin! I am also working on a stroke plugin that will include inner/outer glow, and inner/outer drop shadow, so expect something soon!
i already know about move plugin but somehow I know if you make a video on it it will feel like i was not at all utilising it properly , so yeah please do so for query @11:49 . thank you for sharing this one and good luck for future ones.
You mention about using this plug-in instead of whole StreamFX if we need just a blur effect. I am using StreamFX mainly for the blur and color shading. It's simllar to color curves in photoshop. Do you know any alternatives for this one??
I feel like I'm missing something with StreamFX. I keep hearing it's "unavailable" or behind a paywall but it's not? I'm so confused. Even in your first video, you said it was only alphas and betas that were behind the paywall.
Nutty, thanks for all the great tips and tricks. I've been noodling whether OBS has enough juice to let me do a mockup stream in the style of Max Headroom with the glitches and stutters and the face effects. Any suggestions?
Lovely video! Basically the whole animation part you showed (with the move plug in) after its done being linked, how can we activate it without having to click the eyeballs? You did it through channel points but Im wondering about for the streamer, IE streamdeck. Dont see an option in obs hotkeys unless I missed it
My 4090 fans were going crazy when I've added this plug in and selected it xD **I was playing fivem as well at 4k maxed out at 120 fps, but still fans kicked in like hell
How do I uninstall StreamFX? I haven't used it in a while, but I see when I go to scene that used it, it just says no property data, and I get no settings. I can't add the filter to new scenes, but I can copy it from old ones, it just doesn't do anything. So maybe it's self removed?
If you're getting "no property data" it's either uninstalled or installed somewhere other than your OBS install. All the filters will remain, however, in case you decide to reinstall later (a feature which has saved my setup a dozen times). I believe you'll have to remove those filters manually.
Unfortunately, that is not in the scope of this plugin as it takes complex AI algorithms to separate you from the background. However, if you have an Nvidia RTX graphics card you can use Nvidia background removal in OBS, and blur the background you put behind you with the plugin.
Hi Nutty! Seems like zoom in to Mouse plugin for obs is outdated. Some are saying it only works with python 3.6. I tried to get it working using your tutorial but unsuccessful. Can anyone confirm? Edit: Right after i submitted this comment i heard this on this video 3:08
Nice vid and plugin :D Sorry its out of the subject but... any idea what kind of "under the hood" settings uses AMD ReLive when livestreaming ? (Not talking about the ones we can access in their software, but the ones we don't see) Because whenever I use OBS, its impossible to get the same image quality without introducing problems. And i've looked so many OBS videos i'm sick and tired of it lol !
please check your sponsor segment online search for reviews says otherwise also my comments about them are gettign deleted could you please check that as well i tried to write to you in both ways with and withuot links / urls

Move transition mega guide NOW! Don't make me hit you Kevin!😂
I never knew how much OBS could do! This is incredible and can’t wait to try this for my setup! Gotta go watch more of your tutorials now!
I had no idea the MOVE filter was so well incorporated into obs that you can link several filters together! THANK YOU!
I've never heard of this new plugin! Thanks for telling me about it Nutty, I'll for sure check it out and experiment with it a bit, see what I come up with. Also, Move Transition Mega Effects guide, HECK YEAH! +1 vote for that video idea!
Would LOVE a video detailing the Move Filter more. I have a neat lil idea to make certain sources "RGB" and this could really help with that
Thanks! 💯
This is such a great blur plugin! Can't wait to start playing around with it. Thx for explaining the options, and also the quick tut on the move value stuff. You're amazing.
Thank you for this resource, the old Stream FX used so much GPU for me too omg
Thank you so much for showcasing this plugin! This is exactly what I was looking for! :D
Yes on the move mega guide. Please and TY.
Not only does Nutty make helpful RUclips content but he's honestly one of the funniest and most entertaining Twitch streamers too.
This channel is fantastic! So sad i havent seen before.
hahahah I love the composite blur! I hope that gets add to your streams to redeem! lol
Yes please to Move transition plugin video. I get its basics but would love an in depth guide.
Appreciate the review and recommendation of this as well Nutty! You rock man!
Freaking great video, as most of the ones you do Nutty (yeah I said it, most of them)
Thank you for the update about this new blur filter.
Thank you 👍🏽

Thank you for the video and humor. Worked like a charm and I can stay anonymous when I start my stream!

@@FSingularity Thank you! I think I will need to do some redesign on my scenes, and start to dabbling in streaming again.
Yes please on the move guide.
I've been looking to create an effect where my webcam grows, like when Mario eats a mushroom (3 part stagger growth). Wondering if that could be achieved using this Move Value

@FSingularity Love it! Saves so much GPU/CPU usage and resources! Thank you!
Thanks for explaining!
Would this act like a motion blur? If so that's gonna be really awesome for gaming streaming
Nutty please make the move transition video that you plan to already make, thank you kindly ❤
Move transition mega-guide, please!
this is great how can i add this as a channel point command
AWEESOME VID BRO thanks for that. 🔥

Hey relatively new viewer, thanks for uploading such quality videos!

Thank you so much!
yep
I would love to see a move transition guide

I'd like to blur a logo which is moving it's on my jacket / tshirt. Do you know if there is something to get it away?

I wonder if this can be used with the dynamic mask for ultimate effects.
I can't seem to get this to work. It just makes the scene black. Any ideas?
I don't understand how to get the background source of mars or whatever.
Hey, you know that thing you're already going to do? I think you should do that.
Yes we want it!
Can you blur just the background with you being in focus?
Unfortunately, that is not in the scope of this plugin as it takes complex AI algorithms to separate you from the background. However, if you have an Nvidia RTX graphics card you can use Nvidia background removal in OBS, and blur the background you put behind you with the plugin.
Fisted? Such colorful language. #WhyIFollowNutty
Does anyone know if the mosaic type filter works while your live?
The Pixelate filter can be applied to any source in OBS, live or pre-recorded.
Hi Nutty! Seems like zoom in to Mouse plugin for obs is outdated. Some are saying it only works with python 3.6. I tried to get it working using your tutorial but unsuccessful. Can anyone confirm?
Edit:
Right after i submitted this comment i heard this on this video 3:08
Cheers for this. It's awesome
When i try to dowload it it doesn't show up, any ideas?
Dope video !
for some reason i cant get the plug in to work
but why would anyone want to blur their whole screen?? i was hoping this could blur the background only, like how u can do on Zoom... 😐
You can combine the blur plugin with source clone and NVIDIA Background Removal to have a clear foreground over a blurred background
Is that Windows key a subscription or a one time payment?
One time
Make it
GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT YOU WERE ALREADY GOING TO MAKE ANYWAY
