Really beautiful! Unrecognizable from the before photos! Very clever to disguise the stacks. I have a few bulk heads that I would love to disguise myself. This gets me thinking. I tip my hat to the designers. This condo could seamlessly fit in with the ones on Million Dollar Listing New York. Great job 👏
So happy to finally see some condo renovations! So many of us live in condos now and this feels like we are being included now. Would love to see more!!! 😊

The older I become, I moving from rustic, cozy rooms with too much on the table tops and walls. This is clean, and sleek. Not too much. Everything is well thought out. I could bring my rustic, country little self and live here.
Oh my gosh, this apartment is breathtakingly beautiful. My favourite word is "detail"... I am obsessed. Would love to know where to source such great furniture, in the UK where choice and style is limited.
Hi Samantha, a lot of the furniture is from Sunpan. Here's the link to their retailer list which includes one UK store. www.sunpan.com/int/where-to-buy
Amazing transformation and so many smart solutions to common sore spots in these older condos. Out of curiosity, what's the ball park cost of a renovation like this?
The kitchen is beautiful, but I'd be worried about that type of wood grain dating within the next 5 years. Walnut would have been more timeless. Love the changes made to the layout though, it seems much more functional.
Lexa Karlyn You read my mind. I was thinking the same thing. Yes walnut would look fabulous or even a nice textured tile or marble if the budget allowed.
I'd love more info on the three, very large, black-framed photographs (?) hanging on the wall behind the kitchen island chairs (0:29). They really caught my eye.
Hello Nicole. The artwork is from www.Celadonart.com. You can purchase these prints and anything from their catalogue from your local higher end retailer or through an online retailer such as www.leclairdecor.com (ships to US and Canada).
I really like the look. The only thing that i don't is that there are so many different types of wood but to each their own i guess. The build in media/fireplace/dining buffet wall looks really nice but for some reason it feels unbalanced.
This kitchen /diner/ lounge( one long room) is similar to my new build starting in 2022. My conundrum is where to place the fire as I’d want it central which would mean tv above it...
If you want to make the most out of the space, especially for condos and small spaces, the open concept rules. I however choose to keep my kitchen enclosed as with my OCD I don't need to be reminded all the time that something is on the counter or that the dish is is the sink. Concrete walls are pretty ugly, no?
The pale wood grain cabinetry is very "taste specific" and reminds me of faux wood laminate kitchen counters from 60 years ago. I agree with the other comments that predict this will not be "a look" within five years. I much preferred the timeless "before" kitchen with white cabinetry, and if I didn't want a white kitchen, then I would repaint the cabinets a neutral gray-green or something similar.
exactly what I was thinking, it has a sofa blocking it 2' away....awkward, the entire length of the wall has way too much going on. Lighting, shelving, TV, fireplace, storage, and furniture.
Martin and @JamesLawson, good observation. With the limited space and structural constraints, this was the only viable placement. To ensure safety, similar to what is done for bathrooms, we installed a GFCI electrical plug for extra safety (protects people from electrical shocks).

I like some of the ideas incorporated, but does a condo really need that much dining seating with both a table with 8 seats and the counter with 5 seats, or that much seating space? they're not exactly hosting parties right now I hope. There's really no color OR texture in this, super bland, and this style is already feeling kind of dated. I don't think this will age well, especially with the wood ceiling and generic looking wood in the kitchen.
I feel open kitchens are really good looking but stupidity at the same time. Dirty dishes at all times. Plus, the spices etc all flowing around the house due to the open nature of the kitchen. Also, kitchen needs to be cleaned at all times. Successful only if you are rich enough to keep servants or you spend the whole day in that place.
I never get the love for these condo layouts where 2/3rds of the space are completely windowless. Like, I need windows in my kitchen, my dining space, my living space. Just looking at walls, no matter how adorned, would kill me. Also the lack of natural light.
How is that not just another white box reno..........not homey.........not inviting............over designed to within an inch of it's life.........pass!!!!!
@@johns7199 some people like white and in fact need the soothing nature of white to be calm in their space. Everyone gets affected by colour differently. So its up to the client. Im sure the designer could do something colorful if the client was emboldened.

That is one of the most impressive renovations I have ever seen! Can’t wait to see the rest of the condo.

Remarkable design & use of space. Real vision & execution. Bravo! Homeowners must be thrilled.

What a stunner, modern elegance is my fav.
Fantastic finishes and I loved the layout changes which opened up the entire condo. Beautiful!
The lab coat is a perfect match with the kitchen color scheme.

WOWZA! Just beautifully amazing this design!
Wow! Love this, looks tons better. Warm bright and airy.
wow i love the open concept and yes, taking out the fireplace in the corner was a great idea!
Stunning, functional, good quality renovation
I can live and work here all day long...
Well done...
ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!
The before and after of the kitchen is really nice
when you opened up the fridge and it was black I gasped in amazement it looks fabulous!
Lol🤣🤣🤣

It looks stunning but I can only imagine what it might have cost to build something beautiful like that!
A 2200 sqft condo in downtown Toronto is at least 2.5mil. They must have spent a fortune on renovation
@@canonto2008 the mirrors in the bathroom are from ikea.
Typical “I am rich” renovation
WOW! Gorgeous on all counts! The only thing I would change would be to swap the TV for Samsung Frame so it becomes a changeable art piece.
Great idea Sue, we'd love to use this on a future project.
It amazes me that 14 people disliked this video. This condo is well planned, decorated, beautiful and functional. Job well done.
I get it - design is subjective! But also, the internet is very passionate about hating things that weren’t designed for them 😂
I can only imagine how expensive this reno was. Amazing
This is how I want to live in a pandemic! Absolutely stunning 😍
Reminds me of the kitchens you might find on large boats!

So we’ll done! I love the kitchen!

What a stunning transformation! Must have cost a bomb!
Please tell the team to start uploading in 1440p or 4K. This makeover is so well done, it's a shame a lot of detail is lost with RUclips compression.
I don’t care for the wood finish myself but the design is really cool.
This is stunning!!!
By now, I expect to see concealed TV's. Why isn't that happening more? Aside from this detail, I think it's beautiful. Great job!!!

Fabulous make over. So chic and elegant. How much does it cost to get a Bespoke design?
Wonderful job

i really love this home but i have to ask what exactly is wrong with a closed concept kitchen and concrete walls
If you want to make the most out of the space, especially for condos and small spaces, the open concept rules.
I however choose to keep my kitchen enclosed as with my OCD I don't need to be reminded all the time that something is on the counter or that the dish is is the sink.

There's nothing wrong with them of course, it's just different tastes.
Meraviglioso 🤩!
How much did it cost for this scale of make over?
Love love love
Beautiful ❣️
Time to step up to 4K H&H.
This is beautiful but I would love to know the completed cost? Even the most basic reno is so expensive. I can’t imagine what this would be.
Incredible
Very detailed, elegant design. how much do you spend on this project?
Omg! So stunning- I’m wondering how much it would cost...
Nice 👍
Beautiful but would have liked the fire place and TV wall to be intergrated and not so separate
My question is how much did everything cost?
The pale wood grain cabinetry is very "taste specific" and reminds me of faux wood laminate kitchen counters from 60 years ago. How much in canadian dollars would a renovation like this cost?
I love it except for the fire place location, it’s not showing! After all the money it costed it should be the centrepiece..

Plug socket next to the sink? Really?
Same thing i was saying.

Needs some more pattern.
Everything is looking stunning. But i don't agree with putting and outlet next to a sink...

Love the transformation but the kitchen was a little to redundant!
I am looking forward to seeing the other half of the renovation, but to me this is simply a white box with a wooden box within it.
It's weird not to have windows in the living room nor the kitchen
Condos and apartment typically face those challenges, as they share walls with other units.
Must be a hell of money!
Very nice, why is she wearing a lab coat??she looks like a pharmacist.
I’ll make sure to tell my wardrobe stylist. Oh wait, I don’t have one!! ☠️
Soooo a white box
Try 400 sq ft in Vancouver. This is truly gross in these times.
I feel you... similar situation in Toronto 😓
