Fabulous remodel. I really love the green in the bedroom! Cabinetry is truly first class. Very sophisticated design. Emilia, as always you’ve knocked it out of the park!
Very well thought out!! I like the vertical walls design I live in a 1,258 sq ft condo I agree on drapes- WORTH THE EXPENSE - A MUST!! I adore that dining room light fixture!!!
You guys should have a few links to purchase the items you show in the videos. I'm crazy about the wallpaper and bedding and no clue where can I get them. That publicity came make money to the show and help us decorate our homes ❤. Great video, as usual!
Kitchen with integrated appliances is a right thing to do. Colors in the space are bslanced. Wallpaper is an outdated thing. It is time to switch to decorative plasters for texture.
Bosch is builds good product but don’t get that stove. Things don’t work the way it should and breaks down after warranty. 1. Warming drawer - the slides have very weak cheap plastic clips which breaks if the drawer is closed improperly. The replacement cost us over $500. 2. The digital buttons for the over turns on and off when cooking on the stove. There is a disable function however it’s frustrating when actually using the appliance - eg. the oven would turn off because my shirt would brush the controls. The dishwasher is excellent. Very quiet and love the little projected light when the dishwasher is on.
It’s definitely improved but still feels awkward. Those lampshades look like diner lampshades from a 1970s diner. No! The black eyesore of the piano disrupts the flow and looks awful!! Put it in the room with the “chill chair.” The swivel chair position is not ideal…if you did watch TV from that chair, you would strain your neck. The brown entertainment centre has the one end the pokes out, that could have been flushed with the bigger piece. Living room 5 out of 10 The kitchen had too many materials black, the wood, stainless steel, white, it didn’t flow. 4 out of 10 Bedroom felt the warmest out all the rooms, the wall paper was nice the brown built in was nice, but if you notice at one end it had a small white wall that should have been gladded in the same material, thus disrupting the flow. 6.5 out of 10 The secondary bathroom with the awful Home Depot tiles nooo! 1 out of 10. Double sink bathroom, it’s okay 7 out of 10. Total mark 6 out of 10

The den area could have been a mini office space with that chair. Otherwise, nice update of the layout.
