Thanks for the review! I’ll take an A- I really do need to get back into auditing, just been busy with life. I started before it became a thing and not with the intention to make a ton of videos. When I first wanted to get A firearm, I wanted to look up all of the laws and also how to interact with the lease when I have one. Watching all of the police interactions online mostly being negative, made me really upset to see people having their rights violated and that pushed me to try to point out any wrongdoing. I was just like a normal citizen not knowing the wide range of abuse of power, unprofessionalism, malice, and ignorance of the police.
I really respect your channel and your work and think it is a helpful addition to the auditing scene.

Woohoo! I spent the rest of my morning seeing if I could find where you'd gotten to (& maybe impress AtA 😆). I followed you to FB as KIP, then GA. Cop Watch and then was trying to see if there was an "Ashton" contributing to Police the Police and then I got sidetracked (SQUIRREL!). I decided to come here and report what I DID find and TAADAA! You're here!
I have been watching these for YEARS and I only have 2 favourite auditors left (NNH and Accountability Media) and while not an auditor on the street, AtA is the bar for excellence. You sir would be on my list. 💜
And what a lovely thing to witness your mutual admiration for each other. This is the best thing I've seen on the internet all week.

But I’ve also seen douche bags like these who have a power trip and refuse to even acknowledge their ignorance. I told him I was late for curfew.. he asked who my parents were, I told him, and he said “do me a favor, stop at the damn stop signs and get your butt home” then let me go 😂😂. I legally turned down a different street to avoid the long line of cars because just wanted to get home. A motorcycle cop pulled me over for a taillight being out. I was younger and unaware of the rules and laws so I went along with his stop. Later that night I got home and checked my taillights and brake lights, they all worked fine. My plan was to just go straight anyway when the light turned because there was very little traffic and no one beside me. A cop pulled up across the intersection though. We just happened to make eye contact and I know that I showed fear because I was planning on doing something that may or may not be legal. I ended up just making the left turn and then turning around at the first opportunity. That cop ended up turning around and following me, including making the same u-turn I did. It took him forever but he eventually pulled me over. He said I "crossed the fog line". This was both a lie and not illegal. I was still lost, so I asked for directions and he did not help me. I've tried asking cops for directions twice and neither time did they make even the smallest effort to help. "In sum, the balance of the State's interest in preventing drunken driving, the extent to which this system can reasonably be said to advance that interest, and the degree of intrusion upon individual motorists who are briefly stopped, weighs in favor of the state program."
The ruling is specific to DUI checkpoints. Some states operate safety checkpoints, which are not condoned by this decision. Furthermore, demanding driver ID at a DUI checkpoint violates Terry v OH, as a checkpoint stop lacks reasonable suspicion.

That is the reality when you understand just how corrupted our government systems have become. I am currently using a case in the 9th Circuit to challenge the court created doctrine (not in any Constitution or law) of "absolute immunity" for judges, prosecutors and lawyers that are litigating a case. The courts are using this doctrine to protect criminal acts (e.g. Slander, Malicious prosecution, Violation of rights under color of law, etc. ad naseum) This is beyond the "qualified immunity" the officers in the other branches of government have been given. Where there is no check on the judicial branch it has invalidated itself as a Constitutionally created branch of the government. I have reminded the court: "You are not gods above the rest of us. The only absolute for us mortals is death."

I said sure, I have nothing to hide. He searched the car and found (or so he said) seeds in the backseat. I flat out told him that any "seeds" he may have found were from the previous owner of the vehicle and he could drug test me if that was what it would take.
I wasn't arrested because there was no reason to arrest me. However, I should have just given the police officer my license and registration and denied him everything else. Less talk is always better than more. Never use the "I do not answer questions" communication. Always use the following terms "At the present time I am invoking my 1st, 4th, and 5th Amendment rights", "I will not assist you in your investigation", and "I will not answer further questions without my Attorney, or a Court Appointed Attorney being present". Now this may not stop a cop from handcuffing you, beating you, using a wand against you, using a taser against you, or using their firearm to shoot you in the back, but the court system will look more favorable to your side of the events. Never threaten losing Qualified Immunity, since the courts must establish that this will occur. If that happens that means the cop screwed up, and your case against them gets better and easier. Never argue or question a cop at the scene, you must take him to court because you want to do everything in your power to demonstrate to the judge and a potential jury that the cop is dishonest, routinely lies, and their testimony cannot ever be trusted in any other testimony they may give for any other actions. This follows the cop forever and must be divulged to all defense attorneys going forward. Your video is enough to defend yourself in court with the actions of these cops. Do not fail to file a lawsuit against them and their department. The Stop may be legal, be every action beyond the stop started a chain of potentially illegal actions on the part of the cops. You must get them into court and prove that they are dishonest, routinely lie, and that their testimonies cannot be trusted anywhere.

They happened to notice something in plain sight. They could even walk into your house and charge you for something in plain sight. Of course tire wear is about the thinnest charge any cop could conjure up in the dark on the side of the road unless it was one of those mini temp tires or belts were clearly visible and flopping in the wind as he drove. They were clearly on the road to turning nothing into something when they noticed his camera and realized they were themselves the prey.

Adonai Zedek There are situations when people invite them inside, as tough as this may seem to believe. I had one come to my door with pictures he said were from a neighbor’s security cam, could he step inside to show them to me. Let’s go sit in your car. These cops do nothing but sit around thinking about the laws and ways to get around them. You can’t believe anything they tell you. The pictures might not even be real.
