And back in the day, if Men stood in front of the mirror too long, well, the rumors would start. Anyway, My routine: Wash your long hair every 3 days. No more- no less. Like if I was to wash today, Monday? I will not shampoo/condition until Thursday unless it gets dirty for some unseen reason. Use a quality shampoo- do NOT cheat yourself. Don't brush too often- you tear hair and brush out all of the natural moisture and oils. No blow drying unless you use the cold setting- heat will damage. Then...enjoy life! Seek God. Talk to your Lord. Be happy.
