@@StanMurray I couldn't even believe it lol. I was going to get a 5.25 inch for [FUTURE PROJECT], but there weren't any. And then I saw this thing and I couldn't resist. No sats, no remote and the plug for the remote thing was missing one of the two bolts that you screw the cord into. But I didn't use the amp. I just gutted the amp, put the metal part of the amp back on airtight with a set of wires going from the driver out the back where the empty back amp plate is, and screwed it all back together, leaving the port as-is as well. It gets good bass, and I definitely have way more than enough power to make it bottom out on certain low frequencies lol. 😂
@ZacharyCornes depends on the amount of air being moved. either pick a lower movement driver, or make the port slightly bigger/ make the "horn" part of the port bigger/more aerodynamic.
200 sub celebration indeed. the fun never stops. thats for sure.
Its been a fun journey so far, but I'm excited for what the future brings as well!
Congrats on 200 subs! 🎉
Thanks! 😊
Amazing subwoofer! Where did you get it?
At my local thrift store for $14.99. Just the sub, no sats, but I made it passive, so it was indeed worth it!
WOW! They’re usually worth hundreds!
