I made this shrimp along with a few slices of tilapia for my family they loved it so much, my husband gave me the biggest hug and kiss this this way to cook shrimp and tilapis is the bomb Miss Gina girl!

I love your cooking show, Gina Young. If you are in a pinch and dont have Panko bread crumbs, take at least 3 slices of bread and toast them in your oven or toaster until they are crispy. Crumble your bread inside of a paper or plastic bag. For flavor, add garlic POWDER or onion POWDER and any other dried herb desired.........to your home made bread crumbs.

Ok, I purchased jumbo shrimps and started looking for a great batter recipe. Found 2, found these 2 was a bunch of crap... Sorry but, the shrimps couldn't hold the batter. I was so disappointed... Then I thought to look for Mrs. Gina hoping to find help. There you were ready to fry up some shrimps. Good thing I had all your ingredients on hand. I followed your step by step & WALLLA!!! You have just stired up my craving for shrimp. I have not cooked these in so long because of the cleaning and deveining process. My family is so big that I would have to clean a lot. Did you clean and devein those yourself? I think I will fix some for me and my children with a great big baked potato. If you haven't tried them with a baked potato, please give it a try.
