Headlight becomes a screaming speaker under load. Going to remove plastic shell. Battery has way to much room to bounce around needs some cushion. Had to adjust the rear breaks ony half the pad was touching rotor. And I need to find the right voltage settings for the battery it hangs out on 100% for way to long as voltage drops.
i had the same problem with my rear brakes i dont think there is much quality control with Wallke but with mine once i got it all dialed in i love it but the bolts are junk and the brakes in my opinion. i cant speak on the other issues as my parts are different
So I think the problem we are having with the breaks is there glazing and or have sharp edges on the pad.... I'm a tec that does breaks and I'm trying to find out this problem
Let me know what you find out. DYIsland sent me the wrong pads again and I told them about the problem. They said they are sending a resin that will help. I have no clue what this is going to be but I will let everyone know in my next video after receiving it
So I ran the breaks till they were screaming no cleaning or anything big hill for heat and ill see if I can fix it
Other than that I love the breaks way stronger than my other bike
Send me the wrong pads i will use them i have a huge hill i have to go down
you said yours are 160mm rotors my ebike has 203mm rotors. i dont think we have the same bike. mine is a wallke h9 awd 2023 version
