They are call tension rods. U can get them from any hardware shop.

What about moisture during monsoons or in bathrooms, kitchen.will that make the adhesion weak and lead to falling off of the hook.Also are extra adhesive tapes provided or available in case one has to remove it and reattach to another area or is the same tape used again??pl explain all these points as I'm not clear about that.Thanks!!
