Chipotle used to be A tier when they first got popular in the early 2000s but since McDonald's bought them out, the quality is lacking and the prices seem only to get higher for less food. They used to hook u up with massive ass burritos and bowls. Now it seems like they're cutting down on the sizes just to make those fat stacks.
This doesn't make sense, McDonald's became a major investor in the late 90s and was fully divested from chipotle by 2006. So basically the opposite of your timeline

The reason woody Is having a hard time drinking and making that face everytime he throws one back, is because he’s breathing out his nose. You have to exhale out your mouth immediately after swallowing. That way you don’t get that burn.
I inhale and then as I take the shot exhale through my nose. I still use a chaser unless I'm at a bar (because I'm cheap). This seems to be the best breathing method I've tried. exhaling through nose gets rid of taste and the burn.

With ice and some lemon or lime juice it's good. With room temperature water it's awful
