Can I replace eggs in this recipe?
I don’t think so it’s one of the biggest parts of any flan. Without it, it wouldn’t have the same texture or taste

Is the shredded coconut sweetened or unsweetened ?

Can you do condensed coconut milk instead of condensed milk, and whole fatt milk instead of coconut milk?
I don't think so. Because coconut milk is not as sweetned as condensed milk..Therefore i would say no..in term of flavor and aspect.But i never tried and it would be good to test it... Let us know :)
Yes you can. But the coconut condensed milk is not as sweet so the taste will not be the same. I just made mine. With coconut milk, coconut condensed milk and 3/4 regular condensed milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and 4 eggs. Will let you know how it comes out. It’s gotta finish baking and cooling.
Condensed milk is sweet there is no other kind.
Can I use coconut flour?
I did this it turned out crazy sweet. Too much sugar... I cannot eat this much sweet
