Thod is greater than CoD because through thod exact amount of oxygen required can be calculated.

a 2-day and 4-day BOD a sample is 100 & 150mg/l respectively value of rate const.(per day) is??
write the general equation for both BOD values then divide the two. You will get one equation in terms of e^-2k and e^-4k. Assume e^-2k as X so one quadratic you can form and solve.
