In 2018, my father bought a phone (oppo A71) few years ago he threw that phone like a ball in a playground which have grass on it. It is still in one piece working perfectly fine. In conclusion most phone would survive dropping on grass, sand or soil,
I just don't trust a company that pays all the famous tech youtubers to release flying-colors reviews on the same day they send an email about the phone's release, you just know that something doesn't feel right.

I've decided as of late to not really take any of these big tech channels seriously. Don't come to them expecting real-world testing and/or information on if you should buy a phone. It's all biased to no end and are completely paid-off by the phone company. It's sad, but I get that Zach needs to feed his family and kids so I will continue to watch these kinda videos just for the entertainment purposes... but it sucks that it's no longer educational and informative as they once were....
He can surely afford to keep his integrity by avoiding getting paid by the tested phone company and still find a good paying sponsor, he's not a small youtuber anymore, he can choose to keep his integrity first rather than getting the most out of sponsorings....

OnePlus is always adapting. They've made some great phones over the years. The one area where I feel like they've always needed to improve is the cameras.
