We did have the best music! I'm 68 and I have seen so many of the legends in concert. Glad to see young people realize that gramma is cool after all!
Yes we did!
YEAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaSSSSSSsssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Steven Tylor wrote and sang this when he was 17 years old !
This song is from 1973 and it’s still great 😂❤🎉
I'm 65 and this is what we grew up on. The best time for music.
If only we had understood at the time, just how special of a time it was.
Totally agree with you. I don’t even listen to today’s music except for a few exceptions. Can’t stand the likes of Taylor What’s her name and others like her.
Talent. No autotune or lip syncing.
Must listen to it live. Best live version of Dream On is at MTV’s 10th Anniversary. It’s with the band and a full orchestra.
Rock On young man Rock On. Enjoyed your reaction
Okay, now that you've Heard him sing it, you gotta WATCH him sing it. He's not only an incredible, powerful, interesting singer, he's a ton of fun to watch. I'm pretty sure someone here can give you the link to the best performance, or best performances (hard to believe there's just one "best" from Tyler) of this song...or maybe just one-- of any of the greatest Aerosmith songs-- that showcases his performing-- the intensity, the craziness, the creativity and the excitement.
Yes the 70's
Sweet Emotion is another fire song from Aerosmith.
How wise of You to advise, " I hope Y'all didn't take it for granted !!! I'm 63 and grew up rockin' to ALL of Aerosmiths contemporaries, and still can't get enough
of the best era in rock, in my opinion, mid 60's- to mid- late 90's stalwart Rock 'n Roll !!! But seeing Your generation react to it brings the enjoyment of listening
to it to a different perspective, I don't know, kinda reliving it through You Guys
that do them ! Yes, Tyler has good pipes in all songs, probably has to be
be considered in a top list of whatever number for male rock vocalists.
Of course as I commented in the Carpenters reaction You did, good music is good music, they sure weren't hard rock, but their music was solid, and transcends genre tastes.Nicely done, and thank You, subscribed now.
Such a classic song
70s still rock’s! ❤🙏🥂👊
Steven Tyler has a voice that you know exactly who it is as soon as you hear it; I have seen them twice. The first time was right before Christmas in 1977 at the Capital Centre, I was 15, and I was hooked. Aerosmith is one of those bands I still listen to all the time.
Eminem uses this song in Sing For the Moment, maybe you heard that? But yeah, this is an iconic song so has been used in all sorts of media for decades.
Aerosmith's "I Don't Went to Miss A Thing"!! Bob Seger "Turn the Page"!!
Steven Tyler is the lead singer ❤
Can't miss with ANY song Areosmith has. Steven Tyler is amazing, and of course the whole band is too!
I always have listened to current music and music from before I was born and have eclectic tastes
I'm 63 and had records listening to thi room
Steven Tyler, the singer wrote this song when he was a teenager. Pretty awesome, isn't it?
Beyond awesome.
No we dont take for granted. Still listen ti it. Takes you back to the moment. Best muscle cars also then. Grateful for being born to that time.
More Aerosmith bangers - Toys in the Attic, Walk This Way, Sweet Emotion, Back in the Saddle, Let the Music Do the Talking, Living on the Edge, Dude Looks Like a Lady, Rag Doll, Janie's Got a Gun, I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing (from the Armageddon soundtrack).
Dream On ☮️💜🤘🔥🎸
Aerosmith started their final tour a few months ago and it has been on hold for months now as lead singer Steven Tyler is recovering from a broken larynx. Fifty years of screaming didn't help things. I was supposed to see them on January 19th and still waiting for them to announce a rescheduled date.
They have done so many studies on his voice.
When I was 17 went to a concert where Aerosmith was the backup band for Three Dog Night ticket was 4.50 in 1973😅😅😅😅
Steven Tyler 😂😂 you know him!! Been around for years, his daughter is an actress Liv Tyler
😊
Steven Tyler Aerosmith has been around with hits forever even though the 90s
Gimme Shelter, Paint it Black, Walk this way with Run DMC. Just a few you need to listen to.
I saw them for $1.04 in 1976 lol. They were based out of Boston. I recommend the first 5 albums and after that they went mainstream and lost their edge. So the new stuff doesn't carry the magic. anyway enjoy peace to you. The ROCKS album is killer every song is a vibe.
❤❤❤❤
Run DMC and Aerosmith did Walk this Way together , awesome!
Steven Tyler, his daughter Liv Tyler played Arwen in the Lord of the Rings movies
Check out Aerosmith singing No More No More live in Donington. 🔥
1973
2025 is there farewell tour , my sister and I are going , grew up with Aerosmith
Steven Tyler is front row on the right. His daughter is actress Liv Tyler.
Liv Taylor daughter in Armogeton. Maybe song on there.
Since you like this one, there song Amazing is up there.
😂😂😂 that song is so old that it came out in tons of movies and commercials 😂😂😂
used in the movie Miracle
And the movie the Smurfs
I hope you know who Steve Perry is from Journey he was known as the voice in the late 70s through the 80s
Try the song TRAIN KEPT A ROLLIN I THINK YOU'LL LOVE !!!!
Eminem sampled this, it was also used in a God Of War cutscene, might’ve heard it from one of those
Watch the live version.
Have you heard of the actress Liv Tyler? She was in the Lord of the Rings movies. Steven Tyler is her father. He's 76.
If you truly love great musicians then you need to listen to RUSH
K, I'm not crazy! Our music, 1970's and 80's was the best!! Welcome the experience!!
React to the live version for the Boston marathon bombing..it’s ridiculous
Armagedón sound trach
Nazareth ...Hair of the Dog
Try Aerosmith and Run DMC
Dont stop the song every 10 seconds.....
70s.
Journey - Faithfully
Journey - Separate Ways
No way like Freddie
Steven Tyler is the voice
No hate, old Steven Tyler had notes under his belt.
needs more volume, less reverb on the music track
Eminem sampled this!
I love Freddy but he ain't hittin them screams like Steven✌
Steven Tyler (from America's got talent- or some such thing)...is Aerosmith's lead singer...yea...I was rockin' to these guys in high school 50 years ago. Awesome shit then. Even better now.
Yeah. My husband was listening to something by eric Clapton, tears in heaven, I believe...we were tearing up. Gotta look up why the man wrote the song. Saddest thing I have heard...we tear up every time we hear it.
You are right about the new stuff...lots of trash coming out. It's a shame. Lots of talent wasted on untalented writing.
Pause way 2much
You got that right
Who cares what movie it was? As I recall, this song was recorded in 1973.
Let the effing song effing play. Too many interruptions dude.
Quit pausing it
