    Matthew 6:16-18, "Moreover when you fast, do not fast with a sad countenance as the hypocrites do for they disfigure their faces to show to others that they are fasting. Truly I say to you they have received their reward in full. But when you fast anoint your head with oil and wash your face so you will not be obvious that you be fasting but only to your father who is in secret so your father who sees you in secret will reward you openly."
