I remember reading that originally, the twist was going to be that the final boss was going to be Wes from Colosseum, and revealed that the actual reason he took Cipher down was to seize control of it for himself. OMG, that would have been the greatest twist in Pokémon history.

I just realized you can basically have 2 Salamence's lol. You can catch Bagon at the lab and catch Salamence from Greevil.

Arguably, it's more difficult since some Pokemon have over 600 BST. Pokemon with megas in the main games have their stats buffed to match their mega counterparts.
Also, the shiny Tauros is luck based, shadow mons have a chance to be shiny.

Yeah, you can catch every missed Pokemon. Greevil will have different Pokemon to replace his shadow ones.

@@Genoci actually no. the gen 3 gamecube games have a weird mechanic where the ivs AND evs are random until AFTER you purify them. meaning if you catch a shiny suicune and purify it. the evs and ivs get changed making the pokemon not shiny

@@saiyanscaris6530 XG has fixed that, so if you find a shiny, you get to keep it. Also, the original issue in Colosseum was that even if a mon was shiny, it'd be randomized after catching it, not purifying it. So you can catch a non-shiny Shadow, and in the PC it could be shiny when checked.
