Probably some sort of over-modulation? You may need a EQ program to control the level. Too, be sure you don't have an internal mic on the computer active at the same time as the accessory mic.
I wish you the best. This was so helpful. I am grateful for your video it was to the point. Normally i watch reviews before I purchase something. I hope you get sponsored for this sometime. Update: the mic is amazing but i wish it was mote adjustable
I have been using a Blue Yeti for remote work meetings. It has worked great for Microsoft Teams. I changed jobs and they use Zoom. Every time I plug in the Yeti, Zoom freezes up. I am not sure if it is Zoom or the Yeti. So I decided to look for a new mic. However, most of the mics now are USB. I wanted one without USB to bypass those types of issues in the future. There are some good ones that have a XLR connection (Se Dynacaster), but you have to buy a mixer or audio interface to supply phantom power. After buying all that you are in over $300. I am going to give this a try.
Windows isn't recognizing your input. You can't just plug straight in with the 3.5mm plug if you're plugging in through the combined headphone\mic jack. Be sure you have the right type of splitter\adapter.
Thank you for this video 🥺
You're welcome.
Just bought one...Appreciate it! 😊
Hope you enjoy it!
