i just dont have access to the assisted machine, i think pulldowns give the same benefits as the assisted ones. I remember when i first started lifting when i was 15 i couldnt even rep out my counter weight on an assisted pullup machine 😂 good memories
Yes Pulldowns are essentially a reverse action of a pull up. That’s awesome to hear those memories from your early lifting days! 💪 Pulldowns definitely offer similar benefits to assisted pull-ups, especially when it comes to building strength and targeting those same muscle groups like the lats, biceps, and upper back. The key is focusing on form and engaging the muscles properly, which it sounds like you’re already doing. Keep up the great work
Make the weight easier and work harder is a great tip. Mindful reps only
100%

A pull up is a pull up add more reps/pulls
Instead of doing all this bullcrap why not just sit down at the lat pulldown machine at that point..?
weighted pullups better
WATCHING CROSSFIT DO PULLUPS IS DISRESPECTFUL... THAT IS NOT A PULL UP
