- The folding-hard-top version of the bestselling Mazda MX-5 is a simple, zesty beans-on-toast roadster that combines the advantages of a tin top - including noise insulation and security against thieves - with the benefits of sun on your face and wind in your hair when the weather perks up.
Watch our video review and see it pitted against two other retractable hardtops - the BMW 440i convertible and Mercedes SLC 200 - here: www.driving.co...
--- putting it through its paces at a blistering 20 MPH
The hardtop makes it resemble a Jaguar e-type😍
Can we see inside the vehicle?
If you drive a sports car, it should be you to decide when to change gears. That's the who fun of it. Automatic transmissions are equal to having a chauffeur when you are sitting in the back of a Rolls Royce. But a niche roadster between $30'000 and $40'00 is something that almost everybody can effort. And maybe that's eactly the problem???
sorry: please read: "...the whole fun of it...."
Couldn’t agree more. If you’re getting a Miata, ALWAYS get it in a stick.
@@robertray6324 Of course, all sports cars should be bought with a manual gear shift. Is this what you mean by 'get it in a stick'?
"Arguably the most successful sports car ....?" Ahem ...
Im from the Philippines, a 15 year old guy trying to save money to buy a miata by the time i own a drivers license @18
you're 18 now right? i hope you managed to save up enough money to buy it!
Poor review - sidestepped the essentials for a self made movie about - me ( whomsoever that was ) driving a car -
Porsche is not pronounced with a silent "e", it's a German name, so you pronounce the "e"... Poorsh UH, Porsche
Bro he's British they say 'Mahzda' and 'Nissin' with no shame whatsoever
That's the trick of those who know German and those who do not know. The best way to find out the right pronunciation: Get 'google translate'. Choose on the left side 'German' enter 'Porsche' and on the right side any language, e.g. English. At the bottom there is a loudspeaker icon. Press on it and then a voice appears to give you the right pronunciation . I tried it out and it worked. And I am a 100% Berlin-born German!
So edgy
