Stroganoff full recipe
1 thin sliced chicken breast cut up (I use frozen Tyson chicken)
1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 serving pasta (I use fiber gourmet or barilla protein +)
1/2 Onion chopped
Mushroom chopped
Huge handful spinach
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes
Sauté all chopped veggies until tender. While veggies are cooking, boil pot of water and add pasta, cook until tender. Dice, season, and cook chicken breast pieces until completely cooked through. Mix chicken and veggies, add drained pasta, then add cottage cheese and combine until cottage cheese is melted. ENJOYYYYY!
