I was at phase 3 and read that the Spell Binder ability helps vs this boss majorly. Used Talisman in inventory to TP out to Shrine and went to complete that quest chain. Reset sparks (as pluck of many aint good vs him) and went again. U can Tp out then enter fight again at phase 3 where u left off.
At the end the ability you said that you didnt know exactly how to dodge. It is the one where a circle appears around him and he shoots lightening all around, just run away to the furthest corner and it cant reach you.
You can fast travel out. Use the item in your inventory or the scroll to get to the hidden village if you found that. Either will get you out. Or you can just walk down the stair. Then fast travel back in Overall this game is very player friendly. I was crushing it till this fight but I’ll get him now.
This boss has made me delete the game, I thought the game would be fun but it’s a slog and I hate chapter 3. Also if anyone comments to saying I’m bad at the game anything like that I know I am so don’t say it cause I already I’m trash
Yeah, man this chapter 3 really tested my nerves. And this boss is crazy because it's soo different from others we fought. I figured it's useless to use spells against it so I invested all my spell points into Transformation and that was how I got it in the end. But it's irritating that we loose health in a fricking cutscene.
Use the spell binder spell which you get from a Side Mission in chapter 3 and do a heavy Attack with some Fokus Points with the thrust stance when He is golden. He will Go out of that Form and you will do a lot of damage because of the spell. You are Not Trash don't worry.
Also at the beginning of the Fight you can do a little damage and then use the Wind tamer which stops him from going in the golden until the First cutscene but you have to do that before using spell binder
Easily the worst designed fight I’ve ever played in a game. What feels like 5 minutes of invincibility for the boss only for you to get 10 seconds to do damage, on top of cutscenes that take 50% of your health no matter what. WTF
@@rocketmoose9051 u can teleport out bro😂😭 press options and go to inventory. Then use the gold talisman that’s given to u at the start of the game. Then go get the spell binder and use the shrine and get back to the boss fight

You can teleport out if you're on phase 3. When you go back in the door it starts from phase 3 again
I think the new patch changed the pluck of many at the beginning he immediatly turned to gold and my clone all turned on me lmao

Definitely use spellbinder with staff stance you can break through his gold form with two heavy strikes or 3 focus points if you have any
this guide is a life saver. Also omg the fact that the clones keep attacking for a little bit when yellow brow roars... 😂

Just go to inventory. Select the talisman. It will come into your potions section. You can select it and get out to the temple.

I used soulbinder and beat him in like 2 minutes. It’s insane on how much damage you do as this form.
