the possible offensive and defensive combo's vary in so many ways , when in a confrontation things are happening fast for you to match the proper defensive move to the offensive move being used requires actual martial arts training not a video or book, anyone truly interested in learning do your research on a good martial arts teacher and join his actual dojo. It Takes years to learn martial arts. I'm impressed by all your videos master wong. If I want to learn from you where would I go to take actual lessons and training?

I got shoved other day from behind at cashpoint. I didn't even see who did it. Or my money walking away haha. Useless. Main thing, I didn't get hurt. Ego hurts! Was children distracted my attention for one second. Was all it took. I saw nothing! Lol. Just a man in distance walking and no money come from the cashpoint. I asked a couple parked opposite, did they see but was so fast. She said what I said, "no sorry just a blur of the man" horrible feeling. How do we stay focused and not get stressed out Master Wong? Because I was distracted. Was easily taken. Thank you.
