Leukotriene B4 stimulates acute inflammation (which is characterized by vasodilation). Leukotrienes C4, D4, and E4 stimulate bronchoconstriction. Hope this helps!

Hypersensitivity is a hightened state of allergy, i.e. hypersensitivity is a type of allergy. Put differently, Every hypersensitivity is allergy, but not every allergy is a hypersensitivity. Your English is excellent, by the way!
Add to say, in Japan, we don't have the "Hypersensitivity" meaning word. so we can say "pollen allergy", and "Allergy Type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ..."🤔 The word "Allergy" has two meanings.(broad and narrow) It was difficult to understand.. English is easier!
