Very good video! How much time passes between the first contact (sensitization through AG presentation to plasma cells by macrophages) to the first allergic reaction?

On the very first exposure, it would take time to produce the IGE antibodies and then they would have to bind to the mast cells. Once that occurs they would be primed and ready to be activated with a second exposure. The exact time I don’t know and I’m sure there are many variabilities like age of person, type of antigen, condition of immune system. But if you’re asking me to make an educated guess I would say on average at least 24 hour and maybe a bit longer.
