Caitlin Clark had 38 points on 12-22 shooting, and hit 8 three pointers altogether. Only 2 of her other teammates scored in double figures so although the Nebraska team wasn't that hard for Iowa to win against, I hope more of Caitlin's teammates score more when the Hawkeyes play another very tough opponent this season.
@@praha338 I did already, and have been regularly watching the Hawkeyes highlights this season, or strictly highlights of Caitlin Clark. I believe the UCLA bruins are gonna be the women's NCAA basketball champions this year.
I would agree somewhat with that there has been times when women shoot 3s better,I've seen tournaments schools men ,women 3 point shooting and there were times women won that.
This is Iowa’s problem, consistent defense and the the fact that it can’t be just Caitlin Clark. Molly Davis needs to become a star on this team if they have a chance to win the championship.
Women's basketball is phenomenal to watch. Since watching Caitlin Clark and the Iowa team in the tourney last year, I'm definitely a fan. The talent of all women' basketball is amazing. The three-point shooting and backdoor passing is talent. Maybe there should be a 4 point line.
There are two players who bring that crazy "fuzzy" feeling to my gut on last second threes.from distance or beating a shot clock... Steph Curry and Caitlin Clarke..
Nebraska, a great team.. . . We've beat them several times in a row, but I think they could surprise some other people in the conference. I'm worried about traveling to their house! Well done, hawks.
Hard to believe Gabbie Marshall could not be replaced as starter given she can't rebound, block shots, make inside assits, get to stripe, drive the basket, open 3 pts. , etc Taylor McCabe? Or move Stuelke to forward replacing Gabbie? or portal?
Iowa worries me. They squeak out a victory against a Nebraska team they should have destroyed by around 45 pts. A lot of missed layups. Iowa's defense was almost nonexistent. And some very questionable shot choices. They won't last long in March unless they play a lot better.
What's worse? People loving her (which has been very good for the sport), or people like you that come to the comments to hate on her for no reason? It's like you're offended by her popularity 🤦🏻♂️
There is nothing wrong with admiring a person who is great in something. I admire Caitlin for her shooting and passing and that she takes time out after the game to interact with her fans. I also admire George Washington for being the greatest American. Lincoln is up there, too. And Reagan. The more I learn about Reagan the more he impresses me. I also admire people who can write, tell stories, put us in another world and time and let us forget the horror show Joe Biden has given us. Too many writers to list here.
Do you think her professional teammates will appreciate this ball hog taking 37 to 50% of their shots each game? She has 6 assists and 5 turnovers. I'm just not sure if she makes any of her teammates look better. Most of the time you can't even see them. There are 4 or 5 players I'd rather have on my team.
She took 22 of their 88 shots. I would say that equates to 25%. She had several passes to her teammates where they missed the layup. You bashing a player who scores 38 points and gets 10 rebounds for a double double got me like 😂😂😂. Bottle those tears and save them for the post season.

Watch highlights of the Indiana game 😀

Hard to score in double figures when you only get 3-4 shots. Most of her teammates shot 50%+/- and thats all you can ask.
A great bounce back win for Iowa, Caitlin Clark now 22 great belated birthday gift as well.
🤩 It's mesmerizing how well college women of the present era can shoot 3s from a long distance and make most of the shots .
When the women went to a smaller ball it changed the game.
I was a little bit impressed with Nebraska they shoot 3s rather well themselves, but Iowa is my team and they pulled it out.
I’ve always felt the women are better 3 point shooters than the men. But I’m with you. I like Clark, Steulke, Davis and Martin.

@@danielcurry4011there's no pressure on them. 3s are easy in women's basketball

“That girl bad” keep on going Caitlin. I luv to see it!!
She's so fun to watch and all the long bombs are nothing but net.

3:14 she gets the ball, passes it, it gets back to her, and she nails it! So fast, so smooth, so genius, I
4:31 you kidding me!😂
She's my favorite player
I like Gabby on the pullup mid range. I think she should take those until shes comfortable on her stroke then start at the 3 when shes hot.

Steph Curry and Caitlin Clarke..
Iowa please contest ALL 3s.
Caitlin needs to copyright the sound of her long range shots going through the net. Awesome!
So basically the game was over in the 3rd at Carver 😏🦅

I can't believe that Caitlyn Clarke was that wide open on her first shot, You would think by now Somebody would have been on her like glue
iowa needs to work on their defense they don't have offensive issues besides relying too much on their 3's
the ladies announcing this need to take Doris Burkes job.

Yeah, “squeak” out a nineteen point victory margin. Another “the sky is falling” analysis.
What a great come back after being “blind-sided” by Ohio fan.
That’s great, yawn
Clark is a great player but she often travels on her catch and shoot. If she plays for USA the FIBA refs will call her on it again and again.
Clark has played with FIBA refs in the past and they did not call traveling on her any more often than NCAA refs did.
I love how Cuntlin Clark threw an elbow to that Nebraska player’s throat. Real classy!
need a tiisue?
This below-the-belt jab of pure hatefulness towards a player A+ at all levels, whom I compare only to Michael Jordan - is truly pitiful.
@cac3343 you must have a 1.7 GPA. Get back to flipping those burgers.
I'm glad to see all you people worshiping your Godess.
