Historic day for Iowa Women's Basketball! Fun game for the ladies, great fan support and that band formation with Caitlin making the bucket was awesome! Kudos to the band director for that one. 🏀👍

Never thought I'd see the Iowa Women's Basketball Program make their men's program seem so blah. Way to go Coach Bluder and your team of stars. My wife and I certainly are big fans of the Iowa Women's Basketball team. Great accomplishment with that Kinnick Stadium game. Those gals that Caitlin feeds the ball to have got to concentrate a little better and catch those passes.
All this is possible because of one person and one person only she single handily brought a school to the national attention

i have never followed college sports in my whole life, a few college men's games in my teen years 55 years ago! to be honest, i had never even thought about the fact their might be college bball women until YT , thank god, recommended Caitlin Clark excerpts a month ago . i had no idea women were playin like this. and such a wonderful team, all of them....such good cheer, camaradarie, love even...rooting for Iowa v. LSU in a few days, and to win the whole thing...

Iowa did this with the wrestling team almost a decade ago. Grapple on the Gridiron. Check it out! Iowa still holds the wrestling attendance record from it.
@@realMal1c3 the idea of hosting a non football activity in a football stadium was by no means created by Nebraska, but this is factually incorrect. Nebraska announced their volleyball game in April. Iowa announced this game in August.
