Cool.
I've been there several times, even before I became an CSC employee. Always very interesting.
Years ago I went to Sioux Falls, South Dakota to meet her parents. I made her drive me by State Penitentiary. There is or was a trailer park directly across the street called "PENN VIEW' trailer park
1:09 I just saw one of those recently and it's a circular radiator. I can't remember where I saw it though. I think someone was renovating a house.
Canada used to have a death penalty. That means theres a gallows somewhere.Joe,did you see a gallows in that museum?Pete, did you see a gallows?Joe and Pete say they both didnt see no gallows.Maybe theyre not displaying the gallows cuz it would hurt peoples feelings.Barney the Dinosaur said that feelings are very important and musnt ever be hurt.
In Canada they do not seek punishment, they seek rehabilitation. Maybe that is why they do not glorify death but rather life.
Executions were done at the provincial court house in Kingston.
Also, Belleville gallows! The last people hanged was the Alwards. They were INNOCENT!
