Spent 24 years in the army, fired on and fired back, multiple deployments and have never once in my life been hunting for animals. I find this so interesting. I watch these videos on my lunch break just to daydream. But dont even know where to begin as far as learning how to hunt properly and respectfully (which i think is the most important part). Thank you for the afternoon entertainment videos for me.
Thanks for watching! We're happy to hear you find them entertaining! Also thanks for your service, we actually work with a program called "Hunts for the Brave" that takes veterans out hunting for the first time. If you're interested in getting out you should reach out to them!
One Army guy to another Army guy. I spent about 13 years in the Army, and when I started hunting, it was an easy transition to the hunting world. Unless you are in the infantry, you know support personnel don't shoot much. The bang bang in the army is just a different target in hunting two to four leggings.
It’s improving the future hunting, the reason it is, is mainly to not allow populations to sky rocket and to keep food/necessities available to generations to come
How can that be when too many hunters could flood the landacape and itll take 8 years to draw a tag when usually it would take 1 year. Could it be the over hype of commercialized hunting brought on my youtube, social media, etc... food for thought. @tjgeertsma9135
@@thisguy7084very true, statistics say hunting is becoming less popular but come to public land in Ca and you’ll think otherwise. Even ppl i know who started in the late 90s early 2000s say it’s flooded now. I’m ok with it because I go into areas 95% of ppl don’t. It’s more a safety issue and ppl getting into something they think is easy only to realize it’s not just going into public land and seeing animals everywhere.
I'm a hunter and this is a great video for most of us hunters, but, honestly, I worry about the 80% of the public who are on the fence about hunting that may get pushed more over to the anti hunting hunting camp. I understand you are harvesting the meat and being respectful of the land and animals, but the average person who doesn't hunt might not arrive to this conclusion. I do think your full videos showing the whole hunt and the work behind it and the taking of the meat is good for the public to see. Additionally, this sort of video is going to be more likely used by the anti hunters to end hunting.
I appreciate what you're saying here, but I feel like haters are going to hate either way. Trolls will never take the time to investigate, understand, and seek purpose and truth behind a way of life that isn't far removed from our ancestors.
Additionally, hunters are among the best conservation advocates we have. The animals taken are done so to protect the strength of herds and to protect the lands they inhabit and the resources those animals need to thrive. All of this is well explained in the legislation that governs hunting season on public and private lands. Haters cannot be reasoned with on this issue.
well....the fact that everybody is able to shoot at such distances dosent make it ethical hunting. one the one hand the adventure to get close enough within the range of games sences is missing completley, on the other hand the risk to woond the animal is extremly higher than within 200yards.We dont hunt for survive, so we should do it ethical.

Tyler did you dome that deer at 700 yard
Not sure....Tyler, can you answer that for this gentleman?
No, he didn't shoot it in the dome. Mid body I believe
Is this harming future hunting or making it better?

3 shots were hunting, 5 shots were marginal, the rest were stunts.
What's a studn, Sean? Do enlighten us, please.
I disagree! None of it is hunting. I've never met a real hunter that had a camera crew with him at all times.
Please enlighten us as to what real hunting is.
@@robertlyons3318 what's your definition of real hunting?
The successful taking of an animal.

Where are you from, Johann?
@@MuleyFreak the east would be my guess. 😂
What shot is and isn't ethical is the decision of the person making the shot.
