>The golden Ram, named Chrysomallus, son of Poseidon and Theophane
>Is sent by Hermes to save the children of Nephelli
>Somehow end up becoming the symbol of Ares who had nothing remotely to do with him.
Mr Worldwide.
😆
Golden Ram's name is Chrysomallus. Son of Poseidon and Theophane.
GOOOOOOOD FINALLY SOMEONE SAYING IT. I WAS LIKE "WHERE'S THE NAME. SAY IT. SAY IT IS CHRYSOMALLUS. COME ON. DO IT."
@@hiroshi7025 Easy Auto, don't make me open the hose.
@@hiroshi7025 There you have it.
3:10 and for those unaware of the beast guarding the fleece, that is the Colchis Dragon, son of Echidna and Typhoon. Jason and the Argonauts faced it before, and took the fleece from it.
I really hope you get to see the full story of Jason and the Argonauts
Wait so he killed the golden talking ram that saved him?
😆
@@ReachingHigher001Sacrificing it to the god who sent it instead of keeping it was the right thing to do. It was the way to give it back.
For example look for the story with king Minos and what happened when he didn't sacrifice the bull Poseidon had sent to him.
So THAT'S the origin of the golden fleece!
I had no idea. Amazing!
What happened to their father and their stepmother who wanted them dead? Did the son get revenge?
One version has the stepmother committing suicide.
I read somewhere that Ino turned into a sea deity or something.
You forgot to note that Nephele was the cloud Hera look alike who Zeus created for Ixion. Basically this children are half-siblings of Centaurus

"Your reward for saving the prince by order of the gods, is to get sacrifices in honor of the gods. You're welcome!"

This is like Icarus
Sir you consistency levels 📈📈📈📈, I like it man
What I want to know is whether or not the evil stepmother paid for her heinous crime.
Oh it was so terrible! She got blessed with aquatic powers and became a sea deity, Ino of the slim ankles, they were so merciless to her, to the point they even made her BEAUTIFUL that she became GOOD!
For those who want punishment for Athamas and Ino, how's this? They had two sons. Athamas took the older one hunting and accidentally shot and killed him. Ino grabbed the younger one and jumped off a cliff.
There's an alternate myth about Helle. After she fell, Poseidon saved her and she became a sea goddess and that's why it's called the Hellespont. It never made sense it was named for a girl who simply drowned. I suspect the one about Helle the sea goddess is much older.
For his Service/Employment to the God.
He was sacrifice.
*What is this? Capitalism?*
I lost two babies with my ex husband tj, he's the teacher of astrology birth charts to me. I didn't know more than sun signs. One baby was a forced abortion.

0:00 👑Cool King Athamas wear Crown and sitting his Thone and had two Children.
0:48 King Athamas tell him to seek answers from the Oracle at Delphi.
1:24 Nephele prayed to Statue of Hermes at Temple. Phrixus and Helle see a Golden Ram from window. They were to limb on top of Golden Ram and avoid looing down and jumped out the window.
2:03 Nephele see her children on top Golden Ram to the sky.
2:46 Phrixus is ready to stab Golden Ram was sacrificed with hospitality in honor of Hermes.
2:52 🌠 Wow you can see Golden Ram stars at night!
3:02 Seriously Ram's golden wool became known as the Golden Fleece was guarded by a powerful Dragon. I hope Jason will get Golden Fleece soon.
👏👏 Well done. Now that was a true story of Phrixus, Helle and the Golden Ram in Greek Mythology. Let hope they need to study learn in Greek Mythology history.

Thanks for the information
Also Cadmus wasn't the founder of Thebes it was none other than Perseus
No it was definitely Cadmus. It’s a really big part of his story that he founded Thebes and led the construction of the city-state.
@@russergee49 no it wasn't Cadmus because Cadmus first of all didn't wear a lion's skin only Heracles did
@@2prider451 Why are you talking about a lion skin… what does that have to do with anything? Also you can look it up online - Cadmus definitely founded Thebes.
@@russergee49Heracles wasn't born yet when Cadmus ruled. You might be confusing with another city named Thebes.
@@arvinroidoatienza7082 Why is this comment directed to me?? I didn’t say anything about Heracles. Are you confusing me with the other commenter?
