Thank you for making the video. There is much to be learned about what to do and what not to do if you are trying to develop tennis strokes. The lag of the forearm and looseness of the wrist and shoulder is remarkable and the rotation is the driving force of the arm movement and not the arm muscles themselves. The torso and abs should feel more engaged than the arm muscles and shoulder. Replicating this is difficult when you already have bad habits. Tennis is beautiful but can be very difficult. Thanks for the a video that helps us understand
Thank you for watching the video and leaving feedback. This video is based on how to help myself learn tennis through video. Tennis is difficult, but I think that if you understand and refer to the movements of professional players, you can make progress. To do that, it is effective to watch the slow motion of a pro player repeatedly. This video shows the movements of professional players repeatedly by dividing them into sections. In this channel, other tennis skills, such as serve and volley.., were also made with section repetition. We hope this helps you develop your tennis skills. Thanks again!
