What if Spotify had light mode? What if you could search for whatever you want - a dedicated AI/search engine right in your music player? What if you could see what your friends all over the internet are listening to? See a glimpse of what it'd look like in my concept!
Everything (except for the album art and the icons) was designed by me in Figma and animated in Rive and After Effects.

hi! thx for asking. ok so basically first of all before anything u should watch how companies make ads as inspiration. and then if ur gonna do smth its best if u picture it in ur head at first, so that when u design and animate u know what ur doing. for design, i'd recommend just starting out w/ figma. figma's made for ui designs (but can do a lot more) and it's relatively intuitive. i'd say don't rush into vids unless u wanna do things that are more vfx or smth. for animating i'd recommend rive since it's also pretty easy to use. however rive gets rlly annoying when ur making longer projects, so if you've gotten the hang of animating u should try out after effects or premiere pro. also make sure u look back at ur old vids to see how u can improve! i hope this helps!

@@JasonSmith_SO hmm honestly im not sure u can check out animation plugins for figma. what i do is i just export everything i wanna animate as pngs (cuz rive is finicky w/ svgs) and animate the pngs in rive. its pretty time consuming but 🤷

hey! so for this one i mostly used rive to animate but i also used after effects for the scrolling thing at the end. First i design everything in figma and then export all the stuff i want to animate as individual pngs and then apply keyframes. I would prefer using after effects but my computer is too slow for that so ya. Also ngl this concept did not age well imo since i made it before i actually ever used spotify mobile lol.
