The hardest thing these guys do? Is sticking with their workouts. I played football all through High School and the workouts were insane!! I couldnt wait for the season to end just to get a break. But than the guilt sets in....and the knowledge that you'll have to work even harder next season if you dont keep up your gains.
I know it wasn't football level, but the basketball practices made as sooooo happy when it was a game day. Besides learning plays, it was non-stop running, whether it was "suicides/line drills", defensive shuffle drills, etc. I guess that was one of the reasons, our coach was considered to be so good. Even when he didn't have talent, his teams always played hard.
I missed the OSSC videos I’ve been in the US Navy Boot Camp for the past two and a half months so it’s funny the first video I see is a reaction to US military workouts
Fun Video!! I live the girls reactions, especially the one playing with her hair, we kniw what that means - lol. I am not in good shape but a big guy and a USMC Veteran. When I visited the Philippines to visit my wifes family everyone would stare. I would smile and wave and they always responded with a smile and a wave. They simply shocked to see how big American men are. I am 6 foot and 240 pounds and my wife is 5 foot and 98 pounds - imagine us holding hands walking down the street or shopping in the store. When she would greet me at the arport I would hug and lift her off the ground with one arm, all the old ladies loved it.
I was having a bad day, but I'm really happy that this channel dropped a new video. This one is definitely fun and their amazement brings me joy as always and as biased as I am, I'm happy that MJ is back!
I dont understand a word of Korean, but I love listening to them. I wonder if I learned Korean, that I would still enjoy hearing them. They are all so sweet !
These are guys on the upper end of the scale, but yeah, people do work out that hard. The barbells that they thought was Styrofoam probably run close to half anyone of the girls' bodyweight. But they do that more for control of the balance than for building muscle.
Have you heard of Lt Ken Rhee? Look him up. Korean special forces, went through the American Navy Seal training, and now works as a military consultant (merc for hire basically). Dudes straight up a badass and he has some videos around!
Gym bodies versus combat bodies is worth learning about. Just a simple example to start you on the thought process, the average Navy Seal who makes it through BUDS weighs 175 to 190 range, which is big (and in their case, typically very DENSE, not puffy muscles). I can tell you from experience that a lot of these gym body types, put them on a farm for one day and they will be nearly in tears by the end of a 10 hour day, while the 155 pound hayseed redneck 20 year old kid would have done the same amount of work and be fine.
Guy in 4:42 and 7:03 onwards isn't in the US military, he's a Greek ex-marine and is now a fitness influencer. You can see the Greek flag on his shirt too lol
@@sarumadaki i get that but he's still military hardly a big deal yes the title implies all are US military but I can see how it might get missed. Even that it was the same soldier in the first of his clips he's just in sweats hardly advertising not US military & the later clip where he does have a shirt on & it has the greek flag I can see were people would miss the split second the flag is even shown or remember that this was the same guy as 4 minutes earlier. My point was not to make Gray into Grey or vis versa over nothing.
When I was at my peak fitness in my 20s I could have done maybe 2 or 3 of these things. The rope challenge is something we all did in Hich School gym though and almost everybody was able to do it. I did it with no legs by the time I was 17. So that is not so impressive. Everything else is crazy and I would never have been able to do it
At the end of the video they should’ve had a couple of the military men standing behind the girls to surprise them just to see what their reaction would be now that would’ve been funny lol.
That’s why I believe in the military they train your body and mind to be able to carry a lot of weight for very long distances over training you to be the size of these guys.
This is not true what so ever. The first one is coachblue and he is a reservist.. this is not the epitome of an active duty service member. Being a soldier myself I can attest that many soldiers are out of shape and fat.
When you weigh as much or more than any two of any of these beautiful ladies combined! Also many things seen here are called bodyweight-calisthenics..Only the own body weight, as for the others with weights that is called weighted exercise/body building.. When you see a lot of weight added it’s called powerlifting! And no it’s not only military that does this, there are many who do one or more of these type exercises who are not in any military anywhere around the world! And even though I do not see her here, give my love too Cha-cha, I luved her challenge too Conner McGregor. And in all seriousness, I would luv it if He took her challenge seriously as a professional fighter giving a most basic boxer/mma girl a chance too fight him! I would like most if Cha-cha met her idol of McGregor in a sparring type match. She would learn soo much from him!
that rope thing is a quarterly test thing in my schools pe classes since grade school at least the solider dont have to ring a bell at the top and no i could never do that test
This isnt typical military, unless ur in units like Seals, Delta, Rangers, Boat jumpers, para rescue swimmers, forward air controllers, Special Forces, etc.

Just in case to those who don't these are mostly above average strength military men showing more than required fitness. Although the obstacle coarse is more likely required.
The tires on his back is horrible. Its proven to separate the spine. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS!!!! Your back is your strength this is why when someone calls another spine less it means submissive. Please protect yourself and dont ruin your body for clout.
show them the video of the guy doing a push up with (what looks like D) batteries and then other people showing them up (single arm push ups on a nail)
The best soldiers and Marines are the ones in top CARDIO shape and lean.Alot of these guys today are focusing on big muscles.Lean and Superior Cardio helps units perform single envelopements to gain fire superiority to destroy the enemy's will to fight

Idk if you should get that big when your in the military just because when it comes to weight your not just carrying like 80 pounds of gear your also having to carry your body weight as well so unless you have amazing endurance and can travel fast and not get exhausted after the first couple miles then your ok.
You should try doing Tyson squats. That’ll murder your legs and hips if you overdo it, not to mention shut your kidneys down. Had that happen to someone I knew. He was in the hospital for weeks because of it.

I mean if I could do that I would show off too.
