As a beginner classical guitarist after many years messing around, I find your video inspiring ( and funny!) Love the honesty and seeing the struggle and skill
You are so brave to do this, no one can learn that piece in an hour ,but you did great and I am sure you will be playing it perfect very soon. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
Thank you so much! I know it can't be done in one hour for sure, the small details, the lightness and the feelings are coming over the time but this was fun to do as a challenge :)
I was unmotivated to practice more than 30min a day in the last months. After watch your video I practiced for 2 hours straight without suffering (remembering some old repertoire and started to learn Jorge Morel's Sonatina)! As the people say, there is a light in the end of the tunnel! Thanks for helping me! Cheers :D
Most people just sit down enjoy a wonderfully played piece of music and have no idea of the blood sweat and yes tears and yes the boring frustrating hours after hours of hard slog is required to give us that few moments of exquisite perfection, thank- you does not really seem to cut the mustard does it!!!! Never the less it holds out a small ray of hope to this old timer of what might just be possible if I am prepared to put my nose to the grindstone and stick at it. If only I had a bit more of your self discipline, on thats score I raise my hat to you.😊
Playing that piece may be fun, but voting for that piece on Patreon was even more fun! I did multiple evil "MUAAAHAAHAHAA" during your struggles. Still fascinating how well your final performance went. I really enjoyed the whole video.
I love classical music, especially this piece. Please keep it up, it is so frustrating. But it takes practice and patience to get better! I am looking forward to see you do more of these
Beatrix, I've watched this and can say this is No.1 Amazing No.2 Very entertaining No.3 Good fun 👌 and lastly a possible world first 🌍 Keep the videos coming, 🙂💚
Just to make you feel worse, this is the first video I have watched on your channel. My entire impression of you is based upon your performance here. Okay, I just watched some more of your videos, and you are redeemed.
The thing for me was the approach to a very complex piece of music. You could use this approach for easier pieces, I’m sure it would sharpen up my site reading. Keep on doing what you do.
THANK YOU!! :D i was s oconfused then as I edited the video I listened to that part like 40 times and suddently I remembered that it might be tunnel :D it's so annoying to forget something you do know just can't recall at that moment :D
Hahaha thanks, I was so sure it's virtuosic for a second D: we have similar expression for it in hungarian and we use it slightly different so it really confised me for a second :D
There are many lesson on tremolo excercise .....but not a single lesson on how to put a tremolo part in right progression with Harmony and bassline. Can you make one
!Warning! -You're watching a swan's swimming feet -Practice is a painful and difficult process (I practiced and performed this song before. It's a very tricky song)
thanks for the comment! SOmetimes I forget stupid simple words then when I was editing I already remembered, it sucks that english is not my first language :D
Ah I see your point! It's actually a great idea, but maybe not with this piece. It just doesn't fit into the repertoire I'm working on right now :/ But a longer progress video on a difficult piece would be great! Thanks for the idea!
@@beatrixguitar haha yes English is a nightmare-although, in fairness, Hungarian doesn't look like a walk in the park either! anyway, happy to help-all the best and thank you for your lovely videos :)
Brava! I thought you did awesome. I disagree : I thought you made quite substantial progress for such a notoriously hard piece within a single hour. You can tell by comparing your 1 minute performance with your 1 hour performance.

Wow, thank you! I'm happy you feel this way! Good luck with your progress! :)

So nice of you to show that even masters struggle with a new piece, it makes me anyway more comfertable in feeling I don't really suck, thank you.

Hahaha good meme right? Thanks!
@@beatrixguitar absolutely, I'll definitely reuse that! :D
Your content is really enjoyable, well done for getting so far in an hour.
Glad you enjoy it!
This is one of your videos I enjoyed the most
very enjoyable video Beatrix, and you certainly did start to make progress even in such a short time ,excellent 👍
Thanks so much! 😊As I listened it back it didn't feel as bad as at that moment :D
@@beatrixguitar as the saying goes practice makes perfect, and the other saying is there is always light at the end of the tunnel :)
You’re so brave challenging yourself! Bravo!
Thank you!!

awesome. one of my favorites and you did good👏
Awesome! Thank you!
Awesome video Beatrix 😊👍👍
Thanks! 😊I'm glad you like it! Thanks for leaving comments under my vids :3
I like the sped-up sections, it sounds like a harpsichord! Tremendous effort though, a ridiculously hard peice
Thanks, I thought they are funny too and makes it sound like there are fluent parts as well :DD it's awful, I gave it up to learn it already :D
@@beatrixguitar yeah I don't blame you, I tried learning it several years ago and nearly had a nervous breakdown!
How is this not at at least 100k views.

hahaha thanks, well there's always room to improve I guess :D thanks for your comment!
Béatrix your humility honors you and give me courage to persevere thank you for you beautiful communicative energy❤
In the first 30 seconds, looked like me trying, in the next second,I was put in my place.
Hi Beatrix! I enjoy your content ❤. I wonder what strings brand do u often use ?
The thing for me was the approach to a very complex piece of music. You could use this approach for easier pieces, I’m sure it would sharpen up my site reading. Keep on doing what you do.
Totally inspired, you have fun with it which is refreshing
It's "There's a light at the end of the tunnel". :)

Isnt it one of the most difficult piece on guitar?!
Nice vidéo

Amazing! Must be hard to focus so much
That’s was so funny though 😂😂😂 virtuoso))

hahaha thanks, maybe not, but I'm happy you like my work!

How about the clair de lune 1 min 10 min 1 hour challenge by James Bishop-Edwards 👀nice videos 👌
hay una luz al final del tunel

You can do it

As mentioned, it was "tunnel". Comment for the algorithm.
thanks for the comment! SOmetimes I forget stupid simple words then when I was editing I already remembered, it sucks that english is not my first language :D
Nigelfelton you look almost as old as me, and I am also a beginning guitarist, I;m 80.
Good to see the process. You are human! Kkk
Thanks! Cheers!
Will she do the 1 day, 1 month, 1 year of practicing Paganini? Judging by what I saw it's improbable.
Ah I see your point! It's actually a great idea, but maybe not with this piece. It just doesn't fit into the repertoire I'm working on right now :/ But a longer progress video on a difficult piece would be great! Thanks for the idea!
Waiting for the Bach Chaconne :)
now that's not a bad idea at all! I'll think about it!
красивая!
i have developed a crush
I don’t know if you’ll get to read this comment BUT… do Variations on a Theme by Fernando Sor (Miguel Llobet) next time hahaha good luck
just fyi, "virtuoso" is a noun; i think the word you were looking for was "virtuosic", which is the adjective!
That’s exactly what confused me! I thought the same but then I wasn’t sure. Stupid English 😂😅
@@beatrixguitar haha yes English is a nightmare-although, in fairness, Hungarian doesn't look like a walk in the park either! anyway, happy to help-all the best and thank you for your lovely videos :)
Is the guitar really big
noooo I'm very smol :DD
@@beatrixguitar how tall
Paganini in the key of death. lol
exactly :')
🦆
Can you play free bird?
sure, and wonderwall
That seems almost like it’s impossible to play that song.
u need some bourbon)
hahahha that's for sure :D
The model you used is a bad interpretation. If you really want to get into it listen to violin players performing it.
